So I bought two coats, had them disassembled so they could be embroidered and after Christmas, on 16Jan2025 they decided to raise their prices. They would not send a new quote for the project and never responded to email. I am now out 750.00 in two jackets that need to be assembled. Lousy business practice. I'd find someone else who honors their word.

I called 5 places in the area and every place said that it would take 10-15 days no exceptions due to the technical and material aspect. Chris at Emulsion Printhouse was a life saver. As soon as he answered the phone it was a positive and attractive conversation. He informed me that they're production warehouse is in CT but if I overnighted the shirt he would get it done within a couple hours and overnight it back to me as I need it today, Friday, which it just arrived. (Thanks so much Chris)!!!!!! They usually ship back ground UPS but as this is for my boss I sent him a return express UPS label and he took care of the rest. I can't believe he was so easy going and efficient and all the other competitors wouldn't take one this project at all. It goes to show you how small businesses want to excel and work hard in order to please their customers! Thanks again Chris, I'll be sure to call you guys 1st next time!
