We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy.
