I called once for help with losing a needle of a very expensive set I had bought there, and I was told that my question was odd, she had never heard it before in her years of working at a yarn store. I just wanted to know if their rep or owner would have insight. I don't work for a yarn store, so I've never spoken to a rep, but I spent almost $200 on these needles and specified I wasn't seeking a refund, just help. Also, they are homophobic openly. In this, the year 2026, do better. Edit: every time I've gone in I've been followed. I have tattoos and am queer looking. I received scoffs at my questions. This solidified a decision I made in January when your staff was rude for the third time not to give you my business ever again. There's nothing to discuss. Be better.
