I've been working with Jungle for some time now (3 years to be exact and over 30 different orders) with a specific sales rep. She was AMAZING and was very attentive to my needs when it came to my company swag. She was SUPER responsive and always checked in when she could. This year for some reason she no longer works there and I was assigned to Walter Mears. That's when it all went downhill. Long story short, he has no sense of customer service whatsoever. I waited over two months for a response back and when I did, he was so rude to me for no reason. You would think a loyal customer who have been giving them business and referring them out, that I would get some sort of decent quality service but man was I wrong. Walter could not be more rude and full of attitude. I'm super disappointed in Walter b/c I loved working with Lauren and ordering from Jungle. It's just really unfortunate they lost a customer in me. Despite this initial issue, we decided to give it a second chance and placed a new order: blue (size L), white (size M) t-shirts and an interior bumper sticker. Unfortunately, once again, we received the wrong sizes, with the shirts having exactly the same measurements, despite different labels. In addition, the sticker they sent was for exterior use, contrary to our request. This time, they at least acknowledged the error (since we sent comparison photos) and asked us to return the white t-shirts. We sent the t-shirts and sticker in February 2025, but instead of refunding the money we paid, the company informed us that their attorney would be in touch. After waiting a month without any response, we called again and were met with extremely rude service, even insulting them. Unfortunately, our experience with Seaside Graphics was marked by errors, lack of commitment, and unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and responsible service.
