I've been working with Jungle for some time now (3 years to be exact and over 30 different orders) with a specific sales rep. She was AMAZING and was very attentive to my needs when it came to my company swag. She was SUPER responsive and always checked in when she could. This year for some reason she no longer works there and I was assigned to Walter Mears. That's when it all went downhill. Long story short, he has no sense of customer service whatsoever. I waited over two months for a response back and when I did, he was so rude to me for no reason. You would think a loyal customer who have been giving them business and referring them out, that I would get some sort of decent quality service but man was I wrong. Walter could not be more rude and full of attitude. I'm super disappointed in Walter b/c I loved working with Lauren and ordering from Jungle. It's just really unfortunate they lost a customer in me. I won't be recommending their service to any of my colleagues anymore and will send out a fair warning to those who ask about jungle. Shout out to Justin from Lead Apparel for saving the day! They were super responsive in their communication, actually a decent human being to communicate with and really quick on the turnaround time. The price was pretty much the same but without lip service! Highly recommend them over jungle any day!
