We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. I came in today to pick up my finished shirt and it looks absolutely incredible. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I cannot overstate how kind and flexible Jackie was throughout this entire process. A genuinely kind and hardworking woman who cares about the work that she does and making sure that it meets her clients' standards! I was able to get a shirt with a design printed on the front, back and sleeve for 34 dollars (small additional charge for oversized designs -- I think $2? -- which I was more than happy to pay!). A previous screenprinting job in New York cost me $50+ (not even including the shirt). Jackie's price points are unbeatable and the precision + care with which she does her printing are unmatched. "I'll give you half off on your next order". This offer was made despite the fact that we had already paid in full in advance for our original order, with an agreed upon proof, that he admitted his shop bungled after the fact. So our option was to order MORE from him, and receive a discount on that order, and nothing was to be done about the incorrect order that we already paid in full for. This man needs a lesson not only in business ethics, but a lesson on how to manage his office in a manner that prevents mass production of incorrect results. If you're reading this, and are still silly enough to use this company, do not fall for the "pre pay discount" they will literally hand you a box of junk, and tell you to screw.

had an extremely disappointing experience with Seaside Graphics (Gloucester, MA)…read more The first time we ordered t-shirts, we received the wrong sizes and the company refused to take responsibility, blaming the manufacturer. Despite this initial issue, we decided to give it a second chance and placed a new order: blue (size L), white (size M) t-shirts and an interior bumper sticker. Unfortunately, once again, we received the wrong sizes, with the shirts having exactly the same measurements, despite different labels. In addition, the sticker they sent was for exterior use, contrary to our request. This time, they at least acknowledged the error (since we sent comparison photos) and asked us to return the white t-shirts. We sent the t-shirts and sticker in February 2025, but instead of refunding the money we paid, the company informed us that their attorney would be in touch. After waiting a month without any response, we called again and were met with extremely rude service, even insulting them. Unfortunately, our experience with Seaside Graphics was marked by errors, lack of commitment, and unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and responsible service.

The long: My husband and I started a small run of clothing after his instagram following took off, and aside from a couple runs of t shirts in another state 10 years ago, zero experience. We started at another company, really wanting to avoid online, and although the company was nice at face value, we were super disappointed on all fronts (too expensive to make a profit, disappointing quality, annoyingly large numbers to make an order, small product range), and after decided we had to go online. The online screen printing world is scary because the quality is just so all over the place-- we ended up with something decent price wise, but after 1 or 2 washes the shirts looked noticeably worn, not what you'd want to repurchase... As a Lynn local I shouldve started here, but finally I stumbled on HArringrton and WOW what a difference! Our shirts and hoodies are bulletproof printing wise (we get gloves printed from a huge online retailer still and Harrington's quality makes the gloves look like kids did them, they're so crisp comparatively). The owner worked with me on the design (no add'l cost), and moved our logos millimeters until we were happy, AND got them to us the week of Christmas with less than a 10 day turn around time. The icing on the cake is the customer service, they're just wonderful-- the woman that works at the shop helped my mom and I pack orders the day we picked up, helped us tweak our packaging, and just made the entire process of communicating with the owner super simple. AND lastly it is so nice to have a brick and Morter store front to stop in, ask questions, touch the products, and check in. Let me save you the research-- places like Harrington don't exist a lot anymore, and I am so happy we found them. We're doing another, bigger, run in the spring thanks to them and our currently sold out line :)
