We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. I came in today to pick up my finished shirt and it looks absolutely incredible. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I cannot overstate how kind and flexible Jackie was throughout this entire process. A genuinely kind and hardworking woman who cares about the work that she does and making sure that it meets her clients' standards! I was able to get a shirt with a design printed on the front, back and sleeve for 34 dollars (small additional charge for oversized designs -- I think $2? -- which I was more than happy to pay!). A previous screenprinting job in New York cost me $50+ (not even including the shirt). Jackie's price points are unbeatable and the precision + care with which she does her printing are unmatched. I will happily give Jackie my business again -- and again and again! I am so grateful to have discovered her business!

Overall nothing special. - Basket O' Fries - $8 (for the classic style) - Flavor wise, this was something we weren't expecting. We had assumed that it would be plain fries, but for some reason it tasted as though it was dusted with a Cajun seasoning. While the fries themselves were nice and crispy, we were not fans of the seasoning (there's no mention of it in the description). Be warned if you're expecting plain fries. Not sure if it was supposed to come like this or not. - "Hell Yeah" Burger - $22 - This was what I came here for and once again (there's a theme here), it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The burger itself was pretty good as it was two 4 oz patties smashed and went well with the other ingredients. The thing that was unexpected was the patties being marinated in a whisky marinade. If you love the flavor of whisky, then this will definitely be for you as I did taste a hint of it in the burger. Unfortunately for me, I enjoy the flavor of beef in a good burger and the marinade masked a lot of it. I do wish there was an option to get patties that aren't marinated. - Nashville Hot Chicken - $16 - A pretty good fried chicken sandwich. To me it was a little heavy on the Cajun seasoning but I really enjoyed the juiciness of the chicken. I'd get this again. Another thing to note is when we were there you order at the bar as there was no strict table service. The food itself was well prepared and the prices are definitely reasonable. The flavors however, didn't quite hit for me, but it may for you!

Sit anywhere you would like" We had the crispy calamari which was amazing! Even the peppers were fried and my husband was loving that. (The picture isn't the full order because I forgot to take it before we dug in) The sauce it came with was very delicious as well. Of course we ordered the Lobstah roll and 10/10 highly recommend. We chose the warm roll and it came with a hearty serving of French fries, a pickle spear, and Cole slaw. We left full and happy thanks to the wonderful server/bartender, manager, and cooks who were willing to stay on for the extra hour just to serve two customers.

Overpriced food and drinks at a place right next to the beach? Not shocking at all, I knew what I…read morewas getting into. And honestly I was really impressed with the back deck area, a pretty good amount of seating and a straight view of the ocean. The food actually was pretty good. But the service, like the other reviews I am now reading agree with, is this place's downfall. You seat yourself, then it takes 30 minutes for someone to comes over. The table wasn't wiped down between groups so we had a visually dirty table. Need menus? Okay 20 minutes after you sit down and then they will disappear for another 20 getting those for you. Then hand them too you and disappear for another 20 and at this point you have decided not only your drink but your entire meal because you have been sitting with the meal for so long. A cocktail, lemonade and water? You guessed it, another 20 minutes. It was like this the entire time. After we got our drinks, it genuinely took 40 minutes for the waitress to come back over to get our food order. It was insane?!! She was nice when she was there but as soon as we finished talking she ran off again before we could ask for refills or where the bathroom was. We were f u l l y ignored and ended up having to spend over two hours for what was supposed to be a quick beach day early dinner. We were starving by the time we got our food and were all pretty hangry. Tiny drinks, my friend's $14 drink was mostly ice and a massive orange slice, like two sips of drink in there. Got elote dip, which was actually pretty good but it came in a cup??? Like a drink cup? (Pictured here) so you couldn't dip your chip in??!? Like just a badly set up business. And had a small handful of chips, not enough for even our small party (3). They need a full overhaul of their system. I saw plenty of servers and the restaurant was a little less than 3/4 full, can't imagine how they operate when at capacity. In summary, not going to go back because nothing was there was worth my money. As a local, just eat at home or bring a picnic if you are visiting. (The only thing on the boardwalk worth the money is trying the "beach pizza") Upset about my $120 down the drain.

I've been wanting to go to Inbound for years - ever since I was a sad little administrative…read moreassistant just learning what digital marketing was. I was SO excited when my boss let me go this year, and I had super high expectations. This is probably the most extra conference ever. Their Club Inbound (aka main hangout area) felt kind of like a rave at all times with the music and allll the flashing lights. They had a few Insta pic setups around the club, like a bathtub with a million rubber duckies. There were also bean bags to lie in on the floor and a phone charging station that looked like a futuristic egg incubator. There were free beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres at 5 in the club every night, and random parties abound once sessions were over for the day. Also if you have an all-access pass, you get free lunch every day. ---------- In terms of substance: - I wasn't really blown away by the keynote speakers this year. I mean, they had Michelle Obama last year, so nothing could have really compared to that. I guess the big headliners this year were A-Rod (who just seemed like a d*ck) and Shonda Rhimes, the creator of Grey's Anatomy, a show I have refused for 14 years to watch. On the third night they also had a podcast filming of Two Dope Queens - I had never heard of them, though I was enticed when I learned that the actress who plays Nicky from Orange is the New Black was one of their guest speakers. (Not enticed enough to go though because I was exhausted and half dead.) - In terms of the sessions, the topic selections were all incredibly interesting, and it was so hard to pick which ones to go to. Almost none of them were about Hubspot either, which was surprising seeing as this is a Hubspot conference - they emphasized during orientation that it isn't really, though, and that was accurate. The sessions are only 45 minutes long, so you're going to leave each session with a few interesting ideas to research on your own, but not a whole lot of "actionables" to implement. Basically each session just planted a seed in my brain instead of necessarily teaching me new skills. Important to note: even if you sign up weeks in advance for a session, if you don't arrive ten minutes before it starts, they begin letting other people in who never even registered. This was a bit irritating, especially because the BCEC is the size of a small college campus and it's pretty hard to get from one side of it to the other with 10+ minutes to spare. ---------- If you are an introvert, definitely be prepared to feel totally overstimulated and overwhelmed by the amount of people everywhere. As I mentioned before, by night three, I was utterly drained. I went back to my hotel room at 5 and basically slept the rest of the night, even if it meant missing Nicky. Overall, I'd come back next year now that I know what to expect. I'd just need a dangerous amount of Red Bull and I'd probably be fine.

I'm still not really sure what this conference is-- they didn't really do a great job advertising,…read morewhich is ironic considering that's kind of what it's about? I learned from the previous Yelp review that it's about digital marketing, but when I was trying to explain to my coworkers and friends where I was going tonight I for sure didn't use that lingo. I said there were a lot of famous female speakers-- and that, my friends, is why I'm here. I got the community ticket for free using a food blogger's code. I was attracted by names like Elizabeth Gilbert, Janelle Monae, Tara Westover, and Jennifer Garner and the inspirational topics of discussion. I think if there was better branding (ironic) then I could have gotten someone to come with me. It looks like it will be a great event but it was difficult to explain to people because their Instagram and website don't have a clear and concise tag line for this event that explains what it is and who it is for. * It was difficult navigating their website to know where to be and when. And when I checked it, they didn't know where the Studio Lounge was (where Elizabeth Gilbert was speaking first). Everyone at check-in was super friendly though-- I would give that experience 4.99 stars-- just maybe have a better idea of where the venues are or tell me exactly how to find out! * A previous review says that it can be overwhelming and overstimulating for an introvert and I would agree, especially if you're trying to navigate this solo. I spent the first 1/2 hour just wandering around looking at what there was to see, which turned out to be mostly empty space, closed bar stations, interspersed with swag like koozies and pens repping brands. The music in the main stage area is LOUD-- I mean bring your earplugs to a concert loud. * Fringe benefits: * They have a phone charging station which is perfect for this audience and generation and people like me whose phones lose so much juice especially when you're trying to capture and share on social media. * Open bar! Beer and wine only.
