I didn't think I'd be able to find a business nearby that does one-off t-shirt printing... let alone at such an amazing price point! From the get go, Jackie was super kind and helpful. We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. I came in today to pick up my finished shirt and it looks absolutely incredible. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I cannot overstate how kind and flexible Jackie was throughout this entire process. A genuinely kind and hardworking woman who cares about the work that she does and making sure that it meets her clients' standards! I was able to get a shirt with a design printed on the front, back and sleeve for 34 dollars (small additional charge for oversized designs -- I think $2? -- which I was more than happy to pay!). A previous screenprinting job in New York cost me $50+ (not even including the shirt). Jackie's price points are unbeatable and the precision + care with which she does her printing are unmatched. So l was not gonna post but l have to for my co-workers ​sake....l ordered jackets for myself and 3 co-workers..... Jackie was quick to take our money and when the jackets were ironed on they looked great....after three days of wearing mine PEELED...l was so EMBARRASSED....my co-workers wanted the money back ...l called Jackie she promised to fix it....she used some different stick on and after a couple days of wearing it my co-workers started to peel off then mine also and the others gave me back the jackets DEMANDING their money from Jackie....l called her again and showed her sending pics and she said she would have the jackets embroidered..... however the company to do so called me and said it would ruin the integrity of the material and can not embroider them....she has had our jackets and money since before Christmas of 2016....it's almost June 2017 and she has had our peeled jackets for 4 months and our money...Jackie will not pay us back the $160 total owed to us....she has the jackets and the money.....she is not who l thought she was....very bad business to take our money and not have the correct Jackets and l have texts of her telling me she will make us sweatshirts....by the way it's almost June...summer...no need ...we wanted jackets but would've taken sweatshirts....we got nothing....that is stealing from us....no jackets and she took our money..... read more

I ordered xl jacket for taxi company I work for. The jackets were payed before printed. When I received my jacket wore it and snap a couple of photo then put the jacket away. A few days later the letters on my coworkers jacket start to peel. My coworkers called Jackie to fix jacket. I gave my jacket back knowing it will pill if I kept on wearing it. She said she will fix it and return our jackets. However the next iron on also peeled so we wanted a refund. Jackie told us she will order sweatshirts and those will not peel. We agreed to the sweatshirt even though we wanted the jackets. My coworker called and texted her many times and gave my coworkers the run around. Almost a year later we have no jackets no sweatshirts and took our money and not refunding us. Jackie is unprofessional and she shouldn't have to feel the need to degrade anyone personal life due to the fact that we have a right to post a review about our experience with her service. I needed to print some images on a quilt for a fundraiser. I left a message and she called me back within minutes. Jackie answered my questions and gave me phenomenal advice. She was genuinely interested in my project and gave me great information. I decided to do the work myself at home (due to a tight budget), and she even offered that I can call again if I have problems or questions. I don't plan to bug her again, but it was so refreshing to come across such a nice lady. She was very professional and kind.
