I brought them down to my usual place and explained what happened without mentioning where I went. They said the skates had no edges and were not sharp at all. When I had gotten home earlier, I had told my wife that the man doing the sharpening seemed disinterested and like he didn't want to be there. I decided to buy some apparel for my 82 year old father who graduated from the school. I wanted to give him the merchandise as a Father's Day present. It was personalized and everything. Before placing the order I called to make sure they would do it since we were closing. I was told absolutely, it would be ready in about two weeks. I never heard from them after 3 weeks so I called. I was told I had to email a man named Adam. Adam, never responded to my email. I called again, and was told Adam was in the back and couldn't come to the phone. I had to leave my name and number. Adam, never returned my call. I called a second time the Friday before Father's Day, and was told they could not help me I had to talk to Adam. I told them to cancel my order and I was told they couldn't I had to email Adam. Needless to say I got upset. Finally a man got on the phone and said that Adam is not really part of Body toppers and it wasnt a reflection on them. HOWEVER, Adam is this mans nephew. Bottom line, they agreed that it was a horrible way to do business, agreed that I should be upset but insisted it had nothing to do with them that it was Adam who runs BT Promotions. All I know is that I now have no gift for my 82 year old father and i am disappointed, frustrated, and angry. I should also mention that my husband also graduated from this school and I had ordered him a Father's Day gift as well. Also, the order wasn't a small one it was for $150! Obviously Adam doesn't need the money, so no one need give him any business!

I emailed them in the AM requesting a quote for a 24"x36" print on special mylar paper. I realize…read morethis is a specialty item and expect to pay a fairly high price compared to a typical large format print. I didn't read or hear back from anyone throughout the day. So I waited until 4 PM and called and asked if they had a chance to quote my request. I was redirected to a another person who started asking me if I wanted a blueprint. I said no. I explained what I needed again. He started getting very loud and and kept asking the same questions. When I explained what I need the print for, hoping this context would explain it better, he insisted on telling me who knows what I want and he deals with architects all the time. The problem is he did so in an aggressive and loud tone...and he kept using the word blueprint. I tried explaining that we haven't used blueprint technology for decades but we wouldn't even let me speak. I then politely asked if he could stop yelling. He ignored. I then asked if someone else could help. He said he was the only guy who could help. I apologized for getting him all riled up (for no reason I could understand) and that I would just call someone else. He seemed totally deaf and didn't care. I still don't know how the conversation got to that state. I hung up totally confused. Maybe he just had a really bad day?
