First of all, I only write reviews when it is absolutely necessary. This was my first time to this dry cleaner, a cute little local spot at the corner of a busy shopping plaza (right by Market Basket). The staff was super polite and it appears to be family owned. I dropped off a 3 year old cream colored winter coat (I know, who buys a white coat?!) which has never been cleaned before and they got it to look almost new. The best part was that it only cost me $16.75. Another chain place nearby told me it would cost over $35. That's bananas! PROs: super easy parking, cheaper than any franchise cleaner in the area, excellent quality, good customer service, local family run business. Thank you Royal Cleaners! read more

Very cheap pricing compared to others in the area. The customer service is great. Staff greets you as soon as you walk in. They usually have the dry cleaning done in about two days. Shirts are about $2.50 for wash, dry, iron. read more

I went to this cleaners because it was close to where I live and I needed some curtains dry cleaned. After they looked at what I had the price they told me was more than I had paid for the items. I did not leave my items there and brought them elsewhere to get cleaned, where the price was 1/3 the Royal Cleaners was trying to charge me. I do not feel that they are honest or fair in their pricing and would advise to get a price before leaving your belongings because you may be in shock otherwise. read more
