He didn't seem to be very careful about exactly where I wanted the hoops but I trusted that he knew what he was doing. I was not happy about the price he mentioned, but figured I'd see how it went. When I picked up the coat, the hoops had been moved too low. I asked for it to be fixed, and had a very difficult time getting him to understand where I wanted the belt to be. I even showed him how the belt was not where my waist was, but he was acting as if he didn't understand. Finally, he said he would charge me again to fix the mistake. I refused to pay for him to fix his mistake, after over paying for his first try, and didn't trust that he would do it correctly on the second try. I will never go there again.

The supervisor waved off his responsibility by stating that their machine would not have torn off just one tooth. Instead, it would have damaged off the whole row. Make sense? Reassuring? It turns out....all the local buzz is true. Fairly decent prices with a pretty quick turn around, I handed in my two suits and shirt on a Tuesday and they were pressed and cleaned by Friday. Starch options are available (which, of course, I opted out of), and the place accepts tap-to-pay. I imagine that means I could have used Apple Pay, but the guy had the POS thingie facing him. And since I don't usually feel comfortable handing strangers my phone, I settled for just using my CashApp card. By the way, the guy who runs the place seems nice. We didn't exchange many words, but he seems approachable enough. If I ever need alterations done, I will more than likely return here. Locating them the first time was a bit weird. Because it's like...the entrance to the parking lot they're in is...recessed (?) a bit. Dunno if I'm explaining this right. But unless you've been here before, it takes some getting used to. Overall, this is the dry cleaners I'd recommend to most Nashua folks. And they really do have....the Magic Touch (I'm here all week)!
