She knows her regular customers by name. By the time you pull up to their store and get out of your car, she has what you are picking up already waiting for you at the register. What makes this dry cleaner/laundry so great is how they deal with stains. They have a master-class stain expert on staff where the actual cleaning is done, with years of experience and training. If you can say what the stain is made of (grease, blood, BBQ sauce, mustard and relish, etc.) your garments come back stain-free. Believe me, I have put them through their paces and have yet to not get back clothing that went in stained, but comes back looking new. Between the woman I mentioned (I regret I do not recall her name) and their expert - this place is amazing. I do not know their competitions' pricing, so I cannot offer a comparison - but I do not care. Their work is the best I have found, living for the past 48 years in Nashua.

She told me to bring the dress at 8:00am the next morning and they would press it in a few hours and it would be ready. I was SO grateful. And once I got there in the AM and we started to talk about price, I knew that Anton's could complete hose me being a rush order on a wedding dress. But instead, the ladies quoted me a really reasonable price. I can't tell you how thankful I am to those 2 ladies at Anton's that Saturday. I have had multiple interactions with the staff, and have always been satisfied with their service. They are competent and knowledgeable. I've had hems tailored, and have been satisfied with their work. I have also been strongly satisfied with clothes cleaned at this establishment. It is noted that Best Cleaners and Tailors is not the cheapest provider of cleaning services in the area; however, for the reasons listed above, I believe that they are consciously making the right choice in a dirty industry. Using their service makes sense on both the level of personal health and on the level of environmental awareness.

My daughter took in a wool peacoat and asked to have two, beautiful, vintage, czech glass buttons to be added. She gave them her buttons, which had been a gift from a dear friend. When she picked up her item, the buttons that had been put on her coat were common and ugly. As her mother, I decided to help her get her buttons back. I have heard every excuse...including personal degradation and insults, just because I have asked to have my daughter's button returned. These people literally stole my daughter's buttons and are refusing to give them back. I will NEVER use their services, again. (They have offered me a $100 credit to let it go.) Use their services at your own risk but, if you have something lovely and vintage? Expect it to be stolen and for the staff to play dumb.

To keep it simple, here are the pros: -VERY reasonable dry cleaning prices (you can compare for yourselves with surrounding cleaners) -Consistent, quality dry cleaning -Honest, genuinely nice owners (been in the business for over 20 years?? or something) who really give some serious TLC to your clothes -ALSO, tailoring & alterations which are def. useful because I'm always adjusting pants because I'm shorter. To expand upon my own positive experiences, there have been countless times when the owners went above and beyond your typical dry cleaners: helping me get clothes back when I was in a rush, always returning items that are found in pockets, and fixing loose buttons that are about to fall off. (Just to let you know in advance, the owners' English may be limited but that's certainly not to say they don't know what they're doing.) Con: -A couple of times, my items weren't done by the time I went to go pick them up but they're always been really apologetic and mistakes happen. Definitely will not be going anywhere else. Saw KT cleaners and they are eco friendly so i brought the comforter to them with some pants . I showed the light stain and he took the items and to come back in 3 days. i came back in 3 days picked up my pants and TB comforter, opened the bag of the comforter and WOW i could not find the spot. GREAT WORK BY KT Cleaners by the way the young man and women were very polite and courteous, something us older folks appreciate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
