One day when I dropped off my clothes at Dave's I made the mistake of leaving valuable jewelry in the pocket of my suit pants but the good people at Dave's Dry Cleaning saved the day! They discovered my valuable jewelry and retrieved it from my pant pocket before it was destroyed in the dry cleaning machine. I am grateful to the people working at Dave's Dry Cleaning who not only did their job with thorough attention to detail by discovering my jewelry in the first place, but also because they were honest enough to return it to me in a timely fashion. Thank you, Dave's Dry Cleaning. -- From a happy customer

The supervisor waved off his responsibility by stating that their machine would not have torn off just one tooth. Instead, it would have damaged off the whole row. Make sense? Reassuring? This supervisor suggested I could repair the zipper for the usual cost of $45 (in addition to the $32 I already paid for cleaning). No accommodation at all and no acceptance of any responsibility. Needless to say, I'll never bring anything to this Anton's again.

She looked at me then at the comforter and flatly said ok with an eye roll. I should have taken my comforter and left at that time. However, I didn't. Very disappointing to pay $50 and have my comforter ruined even when I notified them for need of increased delicacy. Will not be returning.

My daughter took in a wool peacoat and asked to have two, beautiful, vintage, czech glass buttons to be added. She gave them her buttons, which had been a gift from a dear friend. When she picked up her item, the buttons that had been put on her coat were common and ugly. As her mother, I decided to help her get her buttons back. I have heard every excuse...including personal degradation and insults, just because I have asked to have my daughter's button returned. These people literally stole my daughter's buttons and are refusing to give them back. I will NEVER use their services, again. (They have offered me a $100 credit to let it go.) Use their services at your own risk but, if you have something lovely and vintage? Expect it to be stolen and for the staff to play dumb.

Feeling very annoyed with Dave's Quality Dry Cleaning I…read moredropped off a brand new dress with tags, on the hanger and in the Macy's bag to be pressed. Only pressed. This dress should not have had any cleaning chemicals on it but somehow it came back with stains that look like oil or grease. Nobody said anything to me when I picked it up. Just happened to see a handwritten note stating they needed more time for stain removal. I went back to the Main Dunstable Rd location and we opened the bag together to examine the dress. The clerk sent it back and told me to pick up Friday. I went Friday and delivery hadn't happened yet so I stopped in at 9:00 am Saturday before work. It never made it over. She gave me the names of the supervisor and owner and I headed to Canal St to find my dress. The clerk there said it wasn't ready and that Ben, Saturday supervisor, wouldn't be in until 11:00. I called at 11:20, no Ben. I called at noon, again, no Ben. I left my name and number and did not get any call. Steve called at 1:45. Still no Ben. At this time I firmly believe we were given the runaround. Ben was avoiding the situation. I called Monday morning and again, no supervisor to speak to. I left another message. 3 hours later, no call back. I called again and was hung up on. I called again. Spoke to Sam-possibly the owner? Unsure. Sam apologized and said the dress was cleaned improperly even though it should have only been pressed. He offered to make it right by fixing my dress which is for my son's wedding this weekend. Offered free cleaning. I told him I would never use them again and they were our go to since we have been in Nashua. The customer service I received is by far the worst I have ever had from any business. I told him to get my dress cleaned and it had to be dropped off to me at work by 5:00 pm Tuesday. He promised he would. My dress was dropped off, wrapped pretty in a pink bag with an envelope attached. I asked the driver to wait while I opened it and he refused stating he had to get his child at daycare. Not surprised, my dress looks as bad as it did and the note stated it looked perfect. Honestly, if this was handled properly, I'd give them a second chance but the complete avoidance has me floored. Thankfully I was aware enough to get a back up last minute but dang-it's a bit infuriating to be treated in this manner. I've now had to pay for 2 dresses. **edit to add that a DD gift card and refund does not make this right. I sent in the claim with my expectations. The only way to make this right was for it not to happen. It's not just a wedding, it is my sons wedding.** Customer service still isn't your thing apparently.

She knows her regular customers by name. By the time you pull up to their store and get out of your car, she has what you are picking up already waiting for you at the register. What makes this dry cleaner/laundry so great is how they deal with stains. They have a master-class stain expert on staff where the actual cleaning is done, with years of experience and training. If you can say what the stain is made of (grease, blood, BBQ sauce, mustard and relish, etc.) your garments come back stain-free. Believe me, I have put them through their paces and have yet to not get back clothing that went in stained, but comes back looking new. Between the woman I mentioned (I regret I do not recall her name) and their expert - this place is amazing. I do not know their competitions' pricing, so I cannot offer a comparison - but I do not care. Their work is the best I have found, living for the past 48 years in Nashua.
