The supervisor waved off his responsibility by stating that their machine would not have torn off just one tooth. Instead, it would have damaged off the whole row. Make sense? Reassuring? This supervisor suggested I could repair the zipper for the usual cost of $45 (in addition to the $32 I already paid for cleaning). No accommodation at all and no acceptance of any responsibility. When she picked up her item, the buttons that had been put on her coat were common and ugly. As her mother, I decided to help her get her buttons back. I have heard every excuse...including personal degradation and insults, just because I have asked to have my daughter's button returned. These people literally stole my daughter's buttons and are refusing to give them back. I will NEVER use their services, again. (They have offered me a $100 credit to let it go.)
