The staff is actually incredible. They also do drop off and dry clean, so if you don't want to stay, you can get just about anything done here. I've been going to this Landry mat and using there laundering services for months now. At first…read moreeverything went well then the first incident when my brand new king size sheet got tie dyed. Although the girl the was doing my Landry seemed apologetic she blamed it on a new girl working there. I let it go, then a pair of sweat pants lost their belt again a trivial matter but when I told Brittany the manager she looked at me like I had five heads. I pay for a services I guess I expect people to be remorseful or say something. Another thing I began to notice the prices jump up when I brought in much bigger loads of Landry the price wasn't that high? The most recent problem a long rip down the side of a very expensive top, again I was polite and well mannered toward Brittany. I didn't say anything because she never responded when I asked her where my belt was to my sweat pants. But when I dropped my clothes off a couple of weeks or so ago she quoted me a price when I went in the next day the price was different? Again puzzled? I had asked a different woman there did the prices go up ? She didn't seem to know um ?? So when they laundry mat e-mailed me my receipt with the question how was the service I told her my concerns. She was the owner, she engaged in a couple of emails. She said that the price they quoted at pick up was right and Brittany must of made a mistake she did apologize. Well Monday I went in to do my usually drop off and Brittany wouldn't look at my face she "said I hope you don't need these soon cause were very busy". She said we've picked new clients I was surprised because I always picked up the following afternoon . She seemed annoyed with me keeping a controlled pissy demeanor with me. I was going to take me things somewhere else but I needed clothes . Doing my own laundry has become a little challenge for me both my knees need to be replaced, the day I saw her I had my cane and I was in pain. So tell me is this the way you treat the elderly ??? I am now however going to take my laundry else where do to her attitude toward me. Its to bad because I did like her and thought she was different. Maybe the other woman Joan who is lovely should be the manager there clearly Brittany isn't happy there anymore. I was told she's looking for a new job with benefits! Well that's great but don't get an attitude when someone has given you criticism about the quality of your service. I've given this girl Brittany plenty of positive comment's and a tip here and there so I'm not a crabby person! I called in advance to find out about this laundromat, they take coins, credit cards etc. they…read morehave big 6 loaders washing machines.. problem...... Theie customer service really stinks!!!! I have used numerous laundromats to clean blankets BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I have used one that didn't have presoak/ prewash on the machine! It has two dispensers to put your detergent in so that's usual, one for presoak/wash and the other for the wash cycle. Yah no not here! I put my presoak in...oxyclean then I watched for it to switch cycles and put more oxyclean and then my soap. I noticed this cycle was not HOT and I had to pay extra for hot water! I told the attendant who said" it's on the rinse cycle!". So now you can see all the soap suds in the machine as it is spinning them out and the girls said " now you have to pay another $22.50 to get the soap out!". Excuse me? Your machine had no prewash cycle.. No so I didn't have another $22.50 to put into a machine that didn't even clean the blankets! When I got home with the wet stuff I stuck it in the tub with hot water. And attached it a picture of the first load I soaked in the tub trying to get out the soap .... Notice the dirt in the water!!!! Those machines DID NOT CLEAN the blankets! I had figured that the commercial machines would have hotter water than the household hot water heater has but to see this amount of dirt from just one load of "washed" blankets is disturbing! And I have two more loads left to give out! The washing time on the big machine was only about 5 minutes and the rinse cycle was longer than the wash cycle! I am not happy with this laundromat!
