We…read morewere visiting back in New Hampshire from the West Coast with all kinds of social engagements to squeeze into our short little "homecoming" trip, and I told the D I management team that I needed my clothes back within a few days, which they agreed to without flinching. But then it turned out that I needed them even earlier in the day than they had committed to, so when I stopped by that afternoon, the husband and wife team took care of my dry cleaning right on the spot, and very cheerfully. Very friendly, affordable, and flexible service - much recommended!

I went to have a dress hemmed and was charged $120. The only alteration was shortening the length…read more The dress was brand new with the tags still attached and had originally cost about $80. Before leaving a review, I tried multiple times to understand the charge because it seemed unusually high. I called four times, as well as the day I dropped the dress off, and also stopped in person hoping to speak with the tailor or owner. I wanted to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding or error before posting a negative review, but I was never able to get a clear explanation of the pricing. Afterward, I spoke with other local tailors and showed them the dress. Based on their feedback, the cost I was charged was significantly higher than expected. If there was a reason for the pricing, I would have appreciated the opportunity to have it explained. They have always been convenient for dry cleaning, and I've had positive experiences with that service. However, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering alterations ask for a detailed quote upfront and make sure they clearly understand the pricing before leaving their garment.

Was a first time customer and brought in 5 suit/pant combo's in for dry cleaning. I brought the…read moreclothes home earlier this week and discovered that one of my suits (the suit I wore at my own wedding!) had a different pair of pants. It is a black Calvin Klein suit and I received a pair of black Banana Republic pants back with the suitcoat. I had never seen these pants before and they did not come close to fitting. I first called the location and spoke with the owner. He explained he has never had this issue before and proceeded to explain his system of marking the clothes to ensure this does not occur. Unfortunately for me, this does not do anything to remedy that I do not have the matching pants to my suit coat. So I proceeded to drive to the location and spoke with the owner directly. He did take the time to look through the clothes they had dry cleaned to see if my pants were there, but there was no luck. The owner then explained that it is possible that my wife (who had dropped the clothes off) must have made the error and that maybe the pants were friends or family's. I had gone through our entire closet prior to driving over and confirmed that we hadn't simply dropped off the incorrect pair. When it became clear there was going to be no solution offered from the owner, I asked if I could be refunded, which he refused. And then he doubled down on saying that it is likely my wife had made a mistake in dropping these pants with the suitcoat. Extremely insulting. Overall, I would say this it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've dealt with and would advise everyone to steer clear of this location. There are enough dry cleaners in a close distance to make going to another place worth it.

Therewasnoway to see what they were taking since they all went different directions. They emptied our closets and dressers. We had little idea what they took. No photos, lists or receipts. A brand new cashmere sweater, never worn, was torn and newly discolored. When we finally got back what they said was everything, we began to notice items missing. Many of them were expensive. Many hadn't been worn and still had tags. Sals was unresponsive for many weeks. They never provided an inventory, only got that provided by our insurer who sent us their invoice. Many items on that invoice were not returned! We lost $10k plus of our belongings not even counting the dozens of items damaged and severely stained. Horrible!
