I can't say enough good things about this place. I use the wash/dry/fold service every week and a half. It's affordable, the people are extremely nice, Just drop it off in a duffel they provide. I wish I knew of them years ago. You will too. read more

Riverside Cleaners & Laundromat - Week and a half's of a mechanics laundry that I didn't need to touch. - Laundromat Near Me - Derry, New Hampshire

the older; shorter woman with curly hair is so rude and condescending if she isn't the owner she should be fired. I haven't needed to go there often over the years but when I have, she always has the same rude attitude and barks out unsolicited advice and instruction. i just moved and don't have machines yet so I walked in at 4:20pm and she immediately started yelling that I had 10 minutes to get my wash in because she closes at 6. I turned right around and walked out as she continued to yell that I didn't need to leave that I have to have my loads started in 10 minutes. am I a moron? does it take more than 10 minutes to put a load in a machine? she has no clue how rude she is when she speaks to people. happily went down the street where I was pleasantly greeted and will continue to go there. read more

After The Laundry Room in Derry closed I needed a new place to drop off my laundry. I don't have a washer & dryer at home so I prefer to use wash dry & fold services. This place is easy to get to, clean, reasonably priced, everyone is friendly, and their machines are named after people. How cool is that? I'm very pleased :) read more

The place is clean. But it's expensive!!!! After moving from NYC to Here that was a SHOCK to see how much they charged for their machines. The washing machines cleaning quickly and thoroughly. BUT AS FOR THE DRYERS?!?!!!! Fuhgeddaboudit!!!! It's $.50 for 8 minutes! Insane! Unfortunately I had no choice. I paid close to $9 to dry them and the end result - STILL DAMP! I had no more money so I had to come home and air dry them! Are you for real? They were. Such a rip off! They don't have to worry about me coming there again. Ever! read more

Decent services and convenient. Super rude service especially for dry cleaning. I was picking up dry cleaning and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before a person emerged from the back without an apology or even being polite. She looked at me and barked "pickup?" Very sad that this place has gone downhill over the years. read more

I use this laundromat often and have no complaints. Nice people behind the counter and even tips to save money. Love that Big Lots are next door to grab some bargains while my clothes are drying. read more

Think about going here and check out other locations. I have been bringing my dry cleaning to this location for 18 years. Last week they decided to charge a "Lint" fee of $4. There was some cat hair on my jacket. Mind you, only a little, so little I could have plucked it off with my fingers. My cat has been dead for 7 months now. I will no longer use their service. When I started calling other services. They had never heard of such a thing and I have found other places that a little cheaper with faster services. GOD - I hope I didn't start a trend. Lint Fee? Seriously? read more

They refused to fold my socks because it would take too long, charged me 20$ for a total of 16 hangers, and tried to DEFEND their actions. Didn't offer a credit back at all. If you don't like what you do, then why do it? We had a massive load of laundry, abnormally large. When I was dropping off the laundry I told them that it's cool if they can't do it all today, but they insisted on finishing it today but by doing a half assed job. Now I am left with two large bags of unmatched and unfolded sucks, because they thought turning them inside out the correct way was sufficient. Maybe next time they'll learn to charge people differently so that they can do the whole job. read more

Great results with both laundering and with dry cleaning. Always on time, and friendly folks on the staff. Highly recommended, and after not so great results with others in the Derry area. read more

After moving to New Hampshire from New York City I have been on the hunt for a reliable laundry and dry cleaning service in the area. For the past year or so I have been coming here and have been perfectly content. After today, I have been blown away by the customer service. I recently had an item get mixed up and cleaned improperly. As a result the item was damaged. I dreaded the confrontation about it given past experiences at other establishments. I was floored when the owner, without me even having to ask, agreed to refund me the cost of the item entirely. I will be a continued customer and will always recommend them to others because of this experience. read more

Very clean. Friendly staff. The owner, Randy, took the time to show me around since I'd never been there before. Everyone was really nice. I'll definitely be back again. read more

Riverside Cleaners & Laundromat - 80lb machines?? Yes please! - Laundromat Near Me - Derry, New Hampshire

Riverside Cleaners in Derry is very clean and has a friendly & helpful staff!! I won't go anywhere else.

I have been bringing my dry cleaning to this business for over a year. There were a few issues for the first few months, but nothing I would complain about until recently. For a few weeks I had noticed my favorite shirt missing and brought it to their attention. A week later another two shirts went missing. I contacted the owners with my findings and they retained my phone number and never got back to me. I decided to call to see if there was a resolution of them finding them of replacing them for what I paid ($105) compared to retail $217 dollars. Again, they said they would check into it and no results. My dry cleaning bill on average is approximately $40 every two weeks and I figured after a year they would appreciate a good customer. My last trip to the cleaners they credited me approximately $30 for a dry cleaning bill and then charged me $42 for my pants. The clerk told me the $30 was for the shirts. I believe they would have replaced the shirt costs since my amount was not full value. I operate a business and can tell you that this is not a reputable place to do business with (the owners anyway). The staff has always been kind, but an owner that places a few dollars over the value of a customers business is greedy. I recommend you take your clothes to Professional Image Cleaners. They do a much better job and insure their customers clothing. Good luck Riverside, another dedicated customer lost due to your ignorance. read more

Terrible employees and awful customer service. Went in there one day to wash because I like to pay and use hot water on my towels and clothes that I wear below the waste line . Machine selection hot and I got cold. Unacceptable to say the least. Explained to the short fat lady with curly black hair and a troll face that's always out front smoking butts tarnishing the businesses image. She explained to me she can't guaranteed hot water! Lmfao, are you high? She made a fuss and tried to get into a debate about it because I wanted my refund. She called the owner for a 3.00 refund, anther laughing stock, the owner needs to be bothered for a 3.00 refund, another joke, not to mention, empower your employees to make it right with the customer. She then told me I was the only one to complain about the water and it's no big deal if I come back!!! What? So she just basically told a customer, (me) , to F off! I took my clothes wet from the wash and brought them somewhere else to dry. This lady should be ashamed of herself and if the owner had any smarts , would get this lady out of his establishment faster than an ant can say uncle ! Will never return, green collar down the street sucks too but will be going there instead of this rats nest! read more

Closes at 6 but refused to let me put clothes in the washer at 4:40 for a 23 minute cycle because she had to "close the door promptly at 6". I told her I would take it home wet and she still wouldn't let me. Never coming back. read more

Clean well equipped laundromat with dry cleaning services. Since ownership change the some of the management personnel take a less customer oriented approach to serving the client. This makes dealing with the company unpleasant. read more
