Wow! I know it's a laundromat and nobody thinks to rate a place like this well.... let me tell you this place rocks! First time in and the attendant immediately welcomed me asked if I needed help which I did, and jumped right in to help! She didn't wear a name tag but I bet she is here all the time! This place is extremely clean and organized! There are 2 machines that can handle 9 loads! And all go $11.00! They also have plenty of other machines of various sizes for everyone's needs! All from 1 load laundry to 9! Amazing there is plenty parking and the place has A/C! Very comfortable place to be in! Doesn't smell like a dirty musty place! I totally agree with Angel M below although I have no idea who she is. Was going to do laundry in 100+ heat and that was at night at a 24 hr laundromat closer to my home. We knew we couldn't pull it off. I searched for "air conditioned laundromats Concord NH" and this one appeared. Called to get their hours (6am-10pm w/last wash @ 8pm); spoke to a very kind woman. We went the next day with same high temps and wow! The a/c made such a huge difference. The worker there was quite helpful. Another customer even told me that all my laundry (at least 10 loads) could fit in the largest machine for $11 with a debit/credit card no less. I can't confirm that all machines only take cards and not quarters but the dryers DO take quarters. I used one $11 machine for all my colors including sheets, blankets, jeans, you-name-it & still had room to spare. Had to use a second machine for some beautiful tencel aka lyocell bamboo sheets & pillowcases and other whites washed on delicate. That also had room to spare & cost $7. Everything dried for no more than $2.50 or so. Everything and that was using four dryers. Funny bc a young man didn't notice sign that each quarter paid for 7 minutes. He inadvertently put in enough quarters for 83 minutes!! Lol! I had to split up my laundry to dry bc I dried jeans (several pair) on high, another with my heavier colors on medium, my red polar fleece blankets on delicate, and fourth, the tencel bedding with a few towels per directions that came with packaging & other whites also on delicate. When we left, the man who'd come on duty was helping a woman get all her laundry in from her car. Talk abt good customer service. I was using a wheelchair and was very kindly accommodated by staff. All the customers were fun too. They even let a man wash a bunch of sneakers and showed him best (most affordable) washer to do the trick. You just can't dry sneakers bc can ruin dryers & sneakers. Will definitely return again. So nice to have attendants, great staff & customers, and YES, a sink to wash your hands or rinse out stains. Yay! Btw, the temps on machines are for real, so don't put delicates on high. And ask for help if you need it. They're wonderful. Sorry to go on but a/c on a brutally hot day (& the night before) was just fantastic. My husband and I both have health issues and needed that a/c. One more thing, you can't wash horse blankets there for understandable reasons. read more

I've been a customer at this laundromat on and off for about fifteen years. There was a period of time where I had my own machines... definitely miss those days. The prices are reasonable, there is always an attendant on duty and the owners, a sweet older couple, live on premises. The place is always clean and machines are well kept. They recently added terminals to all machines, washers and dryers, for swiping cards or using Apple or Android Pay. I cannot recommend this place enough. A couple comments on other reviews. Not all washers are front load, there are a few top loaders (that I never see anyone use).They added some new single load front loaders at the beginning of the year as replacements for most top loaders. I don't really use them. They are nice, but the larger machines are a different brand and really industrial. They mean business. As another reviewer mentioned, I have also heard of fires in the dryers several times over the years. As the attendants will tell you the dryers are gas. They get very very hot. If you put a small load of clothes in the dryer for more than an hour, yes they may catch fire. Those dryers are not new, they have been there all the fifteen or so years I've been going there, and they work fantastic! If you load them right and don't over dry your clothes, you won't spend much on drying and you won't start a fire. read more

Had some errands to do in Concord & was going to stop at a Laundromat close to home but saw this one & figured what the heck. I have not been in a laundromat for years so I must give that caveat before this review. My daughter just moved into a new house and her washer/dryer had not come so we were left with this option. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super attendant--they helped us insure that we did not overload the washers, told us how much we needed for each washer, and even helped us select the right size machines for the size loads. They were very patient and kind. The machines readily convert your currency to the appropriate amount.Make sure you use the one that converts to cash--not tokens, as the machines take cash (not sure why the tokens are still there). The place was super clean. There were several staff on hand who didn't miss a trick. The place was booming on the Saturday afternoon when we visited. The cost was reasonable and the only drawback is that there are little/few tables to fold your laundry. There are plenty of machines of various sizes. I would pre-heat the dryers to kill off any bed-bugs by running them on hot for ten minutes before I put my laundry in. The clientele was mixed as was the laundry put in the machines--this is typical of all public laundries. I definitely felt that this was a welcoming, clean place for a newbie. I still don't have my washer delivered and called about whether they do laundry for you by the pound--they don't. Too bad. Otherwise, the machines have a variety of settings so you can wash your nicer clothes and not burn them. I suggest you try to get a corner dryer and get both upper and lower so that you can access your laundry without dealing with a person who has to stand in front of your machine to access their clothing. We learned this lesson first time. All in all, a nice, well staffed, very clean place where one feels comfortable doing laundry day or night. read more

Will never return! There have been several dryer FIRES at this laundromat. In one such incident a gentleman was burned and in another there was a total loss of clothing. The owner refused responsibility for faulty equipment and refused to work with customers to resolve matters. I urge individuals to avoid this establishment. When I have errands to do in Concord, I will bring a few loads up with me. Even on busy days, I haven't had problems finding washers or dryers. I'll often start a load and run to the grocery store nearby and it works out very well. I often end up seeing a wonderful employee named Alex. After being a loyal and frequent customer for a period of time, I am choosing to not return for 2 reasons. 1) The hours state they close at 10pm. At 9:15 pm I was rushed by the attendant, so desperate to be out right at 10, that he nearly injured my child in his cleaning process. I was getting my clothes out of the dryer but apparently he couldn't wait 5 more minutes for me to leave. Having been a long term loyal customer I was annoyed but not enough to write them off. A few days later, we're a family of 6 so I'm not exaggerating when I claim to be a frequent customer, I was dissapointed again. They have two 50 lb machines which of course everyone wants. It is clearly marked that idle machines are emptied in order to best serve customers. Understood. What I could not understand was why my clothes were emptied when the exact machine next to it containing blankets was started first and therefore would clearly be done first. Despite this fact, my clothes were in a basket in front of the machine of blankets that was not emptied. It should be noted that I have never been more than a few munutes late to empty the machine I use. Oddly enough, all of my delicates were on top of the basket. Creepy. It's not a terrible place if you have the time to stay and you plan to be done well before the posted closing time. read more
