When we put in enough money to start the wash cycle it was as if we hadn't put any money in. The screen asked for us to deposit more quarters. We wasted money on multiple machines before we found a couple that worked. I have sent 3 emails requesting our money back with no response. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

In sitting here watching the attendant that works here do laundry for people that paid to drop off…read moreand have services done for them I'm so disgusted. Loads are way to stuffed full to clean properly and even grosser, as they load from washer to basket and basket to dryer, stuff is falling all over the floor and even getting run over by the wheels and tangled in nasty dirty wheels. So disgusting. No care taken at all, just rush rush rush. Then watching the folding process of big blankets and sheets and these things are drug all over the floor with no care to just either use the basket to contain or use a second person. I would NEVER use this place for services. It's bad enough I have to come here to do my own. Smells, always dirty, wish I could find a laundromat that was clean and taken care of.

I must have gone up 5 times interrupting her with questions about the number of detergent pods to use, the change maker, the different dryers, etc. I apologized for all the questions and she said it was no problem at all, that it was why she was there. Highly recommend this place, and hope they can keep the wonderful woman working there. She's a gem!

One of the only things that's a positive about this facility is that it is 24 hours. Other than…read morethat I do try to go to loudon road laundromat. Pros : it's 24 hours and the machines are newer. It's decently clean. Cons: the debit card machines hold your money each time you swipe your card, it holds 15.00. NO BATHROOM. No air conditioner. The machines charge you extra for using loads like " heavy" ,"warm water" or " hot water". To be exact you are charged 1.00-1.25 extra. That adds up quick per load, especially if you have children or are washing for multiple people. I have absolutely never seen a laundry mat do that. Its bad enough that these machines are some of the highest priced that I have seen in concord. Parking sucks(especially if it's crowded). There is only street parking. I would've been able to overlook all of this , if the owner did not decide to charge extra just for using hot water, warm water, orheavy loads . You even get charged extra for using warm water ! The cost of water is not excuse as a laundry mat is a laundry mat and the machines are already some of the most expensive in town.

I've come in many times to grab quarters and come back with my clothes since I have to sit there and watch them so no one steals them and each time he makes a remark I refuse to go back. Who wants to sit there with a man who just harassed you about using a quarter machine?? And doesn't even say hello, before making rude remarks. I will never ever spend another quarter there let alone walk into that mess of a place. It's not taken care of at all and the dryers and washers smell. Good luck to anyone who ventures there. P.S. They are not a dry cleaners.
