Only down side is they have only on street parking, and with all the apartments that are adjacent, the parking is not always easy. All washers are Speed Queen commercial front loaders, all the dryers are American Dryer Corp. Right now, the 2 "4 load" front loaders are $4.50, with the 2 "3 load" washers at $3.50 and the 8"single load" washers at $2.50. 14 dryers are $0.25 for each 6 minutes, large lint screens. 4 laundry carts. Soda is $0.75, $1 for each of Bleach, softener, detergent. Snack machine here too. Clean facility, ring a bell and someone comes in a few minutes. Very accommodating, too!

Pros : it's 24 hours and the machines are newer. It's decently clean. Cons: the debit card machines hold your money each time you swipe your card, it holds 15.00. NO BATHROOM. No air conditioner. The machines charge you extra for using loads like " heavy" ,"warm water" or " hot water". To be exact you are charged 1.00-1.25 extra. That adds up quick per load, especially if you have children or are washing for multiple people. I have absolutely never seen a laundry mat do that. Its bad enough that these machines are some of the highest priced that I have seen in concord. Parking sucks(especially if it's crowded). There is only street parking. I would've been able to overlook all of this , if the owner did not decide to charge extra just for using hot water, warm water, orheavy loads . You even get charged extra for using warm water ! The cost of water is not excuse as a laundry mat is a laundry mat and the machines are already some of the most expensive in town.

I've spent a fortune to wash clothes here, I've also had several articles of clothing stolen…read more Whenever I come in to use the quarter machine, (which has no sign that says only for laundromat use) the man there is EXTREMELY rude and harassing. I've come in many times to grab quarters and come back with my clothes since I have to sit there and watch them so no one steals them and each time he makes a remark I refuse to go back. Who wants to sit there with a man who just harassed you about using a quarter machine?? And doesn't even say hello, before making rude remarks. I will never ever spend another quarter there let alone walk into that mess of a place. It's not taken care of at all and the dryers and washers smell. Good luck to anyone who ventures there. P.S.
