Wrap Solutions can make your color dream come true. :) They work with a wide selection of film colors (both 3M & Avery Dennison), including a few color-shift films & prices were competitive with other Boston area places I called. They did a great job with my 2-color wrap (color-shift green-silver on sides and purple metallic on top & hood), which looks seamless, like paint, and gets a lot of attention when I drive it around. I was nervous about the process & colors, but they let me take my time and pick whatever I wanted and did an amazing job with the installation. The staff are very friendly, helpful and honest (there are some limitations to wraps, like they last 3-5 years & WS will tell you that up front). I would definitely use them again when it's time for another wrap.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. The front-end customer service was…read moreterrible, particularly from the woman who answers the phones. She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.

I met John and we talked about the website - my current site and my vision for the new site. In about 10 minutes, I was confident that John was exactly the person I wanted to give this task to. He challenged me to think through the purpose of the site and what future clients would be looking for. He really helped me think of my website as not only a portfolio, but as a powerful selling tool for my business. He encouraged some very intelligent business choices on issues I had never thought of. After finalizing the goals and objectives of the new site, John quickly went to work. He built me a site that not only showcases my work, but keeps the user interested and traveling through all the pages. As a result, users are visiting longer. Up until now, all of my work came from client referrals and with my new website, I am now receiving clients through online searches. John educated me on how to keep my site interesting and how to properly tag my pages and articles. It is amazing what a difference this has all made.
