The employees are great I could name a few but if I do that then I might miss someone and offend them. I've been in there so often they recognize my face as a frequent customer. I've never felt the need to raise my voice nor do I ever think that will happen at this location. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know something they go out of their way to find out and help you. I try not to go to any other location because I feel like the service just wouldn't be as good. I've seen other customers yell curse words at the employees and other various unkind sayings. I think some people forget they are human and have feelings. When something is broken, Verizon or Apple has certain rules to abide by and it's not the employees fault that they can only do so much to help. The employees have kept calm while taking the verbal abuse (which is not right since Verizon is not Comcast just saying). Cursing someone out while it helps you vent it's not behavior that should have to be tolerated by the employees at the store trying to help you. They really do everything within their power and go beyond what normal retail employees would do to help. I've seen it and I've been on the receiving end as well. These are good hardworking funny people who I think are worth the time going in to let help you.
