My industry tends to buy in bulk and get all of their printing needs from a printer located out of state. For many years, it was just easier to stay with what you know. More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. No job too big or small and the personal touch that this country so sorely needs and misses. Let's give a big finger to the Walmart's and Amazons of the world and keep this country of ours, and jobs, and revenue in the hands of local businesses. You'll just feel better about yourself. I have been waiting for what seems like forever to review Sign Art. I had to make sure there was…read morenothing else my company needed from them before I did, because it never was gonna be pretty. I could easily right seven pages of detailed explanation of everything that ever went wrong with this company, but I won't. Instead, I'll summarize. The owner or manager is remarkably incompetent, product was repeated delivered wrong month after month after month and he consistently blamed the person that worked for him and more than once cited how hard it is to find good help. Here's the thing: when you lose a new staff member every single month and no matter who you hire things still aren't done right... maybe it isn't them. Maybe it's you. (and, also, some of those staff members started getting it right and then *poof* they were gone.) How hard is it to copy and paste a name the way it's sent or to send a template for approval? It is my hearty recommendation that you, and I mean all of you.. never ever do business with Sign Art. Ever. I hate when people say... "Oh I wish I could give no stars..." but, oh, I wish I could go no stars AND ten frowny faces. Never in my life have I encountered such a gross lack of competence.

I travelled 20 miles and had to leave my car unlocked over night so that they could get to it the next morning. They did not have any type or safe location for me to leave my keys or wait the extra 30 minutes for me to get up there so I could hand them my keys and safely lock my car. I paid a lot of money and the quality of the work was extremely poor. I had to take my car back up there and again leave it unlocked with the keys inside so they could work on it the next day and fix their mistakes. After they "fixed it" I arrived to pick up my car (after hours) I brought my spare key in case my car was locked. My car ended up being locked so I unlocked it only to not find my keys inside the car like I expected. I emailed and tried calling the company multiple times and got no response! I even tried to find the owner and sales associate on LinkedIn and FaceBook to have them open up the shop and give me my keys. I had to wait until the next day to go back up there to finally pick up my car. I was without my car for 3 days when the work should've taken maybe 5 hours total. Every time I had to go up there I had to inconvenience someone else to give me a ride and waste their time and gas. They do NOT take care of their customers. If you can find somewhere else to go and get sign or wrap work done, I highly recommend you do.

The service and installation were excellent and reasonably priced. Jay was extremely helpful in understanding and installing a system he was unfamiliar with. The installation took a full day, and they worked well beyond business hours to complete the job without any complaints.
