With another company, Kendall Press always provided us with a beautiful product in the shortest amount of time they could possibly do. While in the beginning we had two printers, our business went with KP when they could deliver a better product faster. With my current company, Kendall Press provides me with the same level of outstanding service. I love working with Jacob and his team. Given a long history with the company, there has been mistakes. But each one has been dealt with so smoothly, it's really negligible - which is important enough to mention. Highly Recommend!

I placed my order almost a month ago and received an email stating they never received my payment…read morewhich was a flat out lie because the payment was on my statement. In that email was a link directly to a Vietnamese gaming company or something. It was very strange. I contacted the company myself asking what was going on, and I was further misled and lied to. I formally requested a refund and was ignored. It was not until a few days later when I formally said I'd reach out to my bank and process a charge back that they answered. It didn't matter because they lied to me again and did not process me a refund. Save yourself the headache, your time and money. I haven't dealt with this level unprofessionalism In a while.

Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the "fast" turnaround…read moretime we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

They will let you know what adjustments you need to make to your document so you don't end up paying for 500 incorrect copies that have messed up borders. And their prices are way better than any printer in the Boston area that I have ever gotten quotes from (I do this a lot!) So if you are looking for a high-quality, well priced printing solution for your business' collateral materials, posters, banners, etc, this is the place to go.
