We tried…read moreto have our table placings printed at Staples 5 days before our event and they were unable to do so and could not offer any solutions to our issue. We had purchased printable, perforated place cards that already had a crease in the middle. We needed names printed onto these cards and Staples could not do it because of the machines they use. They told us there was nothing they could do and suggested we come to Ink Etc Marketing. From the moment we walked into the door the owner was friendly and engaging. We explained our time crunch and why Staples was not able to help us. He thought about it for a moment and they pulled up a picture of the design we had saved on a flash drive. He said that the perforated paper does have issues being put through printers, but he had an alternative suggestion. He suggested that we use card stock he had in stock and he would print, cut, and crease the cards so they could be folded in half without tearing in the machine. We agreed and went on our way. He called us less than 4 hours after we placed our order and we were able to pickup exactly what we needed. This was a huge relief and I would definitely recommend his services in the future. We were able to return the card stock we had bought and got beautiful place cards with plenty of time to spare.

After reviewing it I realized it was going to be a bigger job than I was able to handle. It was going to need professional editing. I went online and came upon Biography Stories in Newton-and I struck gold. Check out their website-the work they do is absolutely exceptional. There I met Hal Slifer, owner, filmmaker, videographer and all round nice guy. Hal showed me around his state of the art studio.and made me feel right at home. He introduced me to Jake Doty, who would be working with me on my video project. During our sessions together we established a great working relationship. Jake's suggestions on creative matters were often better than my own ideas on how to shape all this video into a cohesive visual experience. Watching him work with a powerful editing program was like watching a great musician with his instrument. He also made a brilliant montage of the trip at the end of the video. Jake is truly a creative artist. Having worked in the movie industry myself I know how daunting a task it is to put together visuals, narration and music, but being a part of it at Hal's studio was one of the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences I ever had. The final video far exceeds what I thought was possible. Now I have a wonderful record of that trip to Scandinavia that my family can watch for generations. Thanks Hal and Jake-you guys are amazing.

They are located in Newton, Mass., but they also offer pick up and delivery as an option which saved me a trip. My project required complex normalizing of the audio of many video files I had previously burned to DVD a very long time ago. I spent years trying to find a solution to fix the DVD's annoying sound volume variance. I am so lucky to have found Biography Stories online and grateful to Mr. Slifer. Hal personally made sure that their remastered version of my DVD turn out even better than I ever could have hoped for. He also had a "sense" that I would love the project finished ASAP without me even saying so and it arrived over a week early. Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are all friendly there and they obviously love what they do, creating state of the art digital memories. I definitely recommend Biography Stories for any type of production project needs you may have. Mark Evans - Boston

I am a small business user of the Predictive Index assessment process and it has completely…read morerevolutionized my hiring process, increased cohesion within my existing team, and given us a huge edge in understanding how to attract, motivate and retain talent. I've learned so much about managing people from studying the PI technology. And I've received tailored help and coaching from my account manager, Erik, at AE Herman & Assoc. The team at AE Herman are experts in how to apply the insights and information of the PI to real business decisions. I think there are many "brokers" of IP as a service/subscription, so if you can sign up through Erik, I'd definitely recommend doing so because they provide so much additional value for no additional expense. In fact AE Herman helped me obtain a great entry rate as a new user so it wasn't cost prohibitive to get started. Their trainings have been invaluable to our management team as well.
