When Mr.Fabio took me into the room to aggressively get my credit card information to pay these extravagant prices for the photos and other services, he mentioned how he spoke with the makeup artist and hair stylist and they said I was great to work with. And I didn't do anything with them because I already came prepared they complimented me on my look and asked what I do for a living cause they know I was good. But I should've took that as a red flag. But I wonder if they're all in on the scam. Mr.Fabio promised to give me a website and exclusive coaching on how to get into the industry to become a model and who to work with. And all they sent me was my photos which I've taken better photos from my friends, people I've collaborated with and even JCPenny. And a brochure of basic public knowledge, most of it was common sense information for preparing for auditions that you can literally get from a free blog online or even YouTube University. So I stopped making payments the deal for everything was $1,500 plus interest. I was desperate to fall for it but it's because Mr.Fabio lied and said I'd have a online website for casting directors to find me, as well as actual gems on how to find auditions and attend them since there's soo much scams in NYC. It was a waste of money. I paid about over $400 so far and changed my bank info. They even have offered to take off $500 and give me a reshoot and I respectfully declined. They just want your money. I reported them to bbb and they still sent me a missed payment message and I said I wasn't paying and they had the audacity to tell me it's going to collections. And so be it I don't care anymore.

Very dishonest and poor ethics in this industry. If I could go back, I would not waste my time with getting photos again. The people were nice but it isn't a place to try and get work as they only take photos. They make people have a false sense of hope with many compliments and really talk people into the industry of modeling or television. So definitely don't go there thinking you'll land a job. Don't let them give false hope because they contribute to 0% of any job opportunities and contribute to nothing else but money grabbing for photo shoots.

When that didn't work, she minimized the importance of my daughter's birthday - "A wedding and a first birthday don't really compare..." I told her no they didn't, given that some people marry multiple times, but my only child will only turn one, once. So then she threatened me with legal action- "I will be talking to a lawyer and sending a Cease and Desist Letter for Slander." I told her to go ahead and consult a lawyer. Apparently, Ashley also doesn't know how to use Google to find the definition of slander. It's absolutely not slander if it is true. I have all of this documented, including how she admitted that she was scheduled to nanny on the day of my daughter's birthday, and her plan was just to call out sick. Is this the work ethic of someone you want to hire and trust with your important day? I am happy to send anyone screenshots. She then proceeded to post pictures of my child, as well as my personal address and phone number on social media. She says it was a mistake, but it's just another incident of carelessness and thoughtlessness by this woman. She states is was a one time double booking mistake. But she admitted to me that her original plan was just call out sick to her employers so that she could do the photography gig. That's not a mistake, that is a purposeful attempt to let down her employers. Does that sound like the work ethic of someone you want to hire? Whatever she chooses to call herself, you should look up her reviews, yourself, on yelp and other platforms . She has rebranded herself, so you can find her services both under her name, and also under Sea You Smile Photography. I am not the only person she canceled on. I think it is important that anyone considering hiring Ashley know this information.

They do the upkeep of common areas, which I imagine is a great amenity. The location is excellent- right by a food hall, the Celtics, and the train. One critique I have is that the wi-fi situation is not self explanatory. It may be good for the front desk to offer an orientation for newcomers/visitors. I was not able of setting up the wifi myself, which led to frustration, and ultimately led me to leave to a different location, where I knew I would have reliable , secure, internet access. I do not think this is an issue for members, who I believe have an account, to reliably log in to the wifi.

I went to the so-called 'quiet' floor on the 4th floor. It wasn't that quiet. There was music playing in the background and people constantly walking through and talking. There was only one booth away from the rest of the common area on the 4th floor that is actually quiet. The common work areas on the 4th and 5th floors are somewhat small. The location is convenient for getting lunch or coffee with plenty of places nearby to choose from.
