Save yourself the hassle, go to another UPS Store. I came to this location to mail out several packages I needed to return (4 different stores). The lady helping me was nice, I won't take anything away from that, she was pleasant to work with. However, she seemed very aloof and unable to focus (which later came back to be the problem). Weeks after mailing my packages, one of the stores called me because she had NOT mailed them MY return, but someone else's return. She put MY return label, onto someone else's box!!!! I called the store several times to try and see what was able to be done to rectify the problem, and I was usually told to call back for a manager. When I finally spoke to one, "they had no idea what to do and would call me back". Never heard from the store again and they stopped answering my phone calls. Luckily I had insured the package. But getting a refund my UPS was a nightmare and took MONTHS. Lesson learned, insure all your packages, and don't use this location, if possible. read more

Terrible service! Most recently, the printing system was down and the woman working told me she didn't want to bother whoever would be able to take care of it because he was at the gym. She literally said to me that he doesn't go to the gym enough, so she didn't want to take him away from it. I've waited outside in the cold 15/20 minutes after opening hours before someone finally came to open the store - and when they did arrive, there was no apology or acknowledgement of being late. I've been in there with one or two other customers while there are three or even four employees there, and they just all sit around without trying to do anything to help speed up the process for customers. What you think is a simple task can take exponentially longer. Most of the time the place is an absolute mess and no one seems to care. They do the bare minimum here. The employees don't show any initiative or sense of urgency. It also constantly smells like weed, which I wouldn't mind if they actually did a good job! But they don't have their priorities right. I only go here now because of the convenient location. Otherwise, if I have time to go somewhere else, I will. read more

I phoned 4 times and the outgoing message said "We are open today as normally" {sic} so I lugged an enormous box 3/4 of a mile to the store only to discover a sign on the door which said "In observance of July 5, we are closed". I was not the only disappointed person; There was another woman there with a huge box wanting to post. I have never had to worry about package theft because I have them delivered here. Customer service has been good. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, courteous, and social distancing with masks and 6' which I appreciate! The hours are posted here and they are convenient. They have oversized photocopying machine which I have not used, but watched another customer make a copy with help from the staff. I get an email when a package has arrived. Very convenient. Saw a customer get help from the desk folks for shipping a bicycle here the other day. I have been hearing that package theft is happening more and seen empty boxes in parks, etc. with local addresses. So it is worth having this location for packages. Thank you. read more

Yeah I was glad I was able to find UPS near my work. But next time I'll use the UPS Point Access The customer service sucks, guys weren't helpful. I had to figure the email domain myself. Horrible horrible customer service, will send your calls right to voicemail instead of answering and asking to hold. Staff will be on FaceTime with their friends when you're right in front of them trying to complete a service. Delivery drivers won't even attempt to deliver packages but just stick a letter on your door even when you're home and waiting for a package! read more

I rarely write reviews but did this one as soon as I got home. I needed to print a shipping label and was pointed to a computer - no instructions, but I figured it out. ($2.00 for first 5 minutes by the way, but that was fine). Put my card in, the counter started, but it still said it was processing my card. I asked for help, the man with the beard (already raging) came and pushed something under the cabinet - again, no explanation - and went back to the counter. After a few minutes I said politely "I think there is something wrong, it does not seem to be working" He barked, "That's because I rebooted it Maaammmm." Nastily. I said "Well, it says there is a cable disconnected so you might want to check it." He started raging at me again, so I left, without my errand completed. Taking your own rage and anger out on a customer who was polite and friendly - not good! We all work, we all have problems. read more

I needed to return one because it was too large and they helped me select a small size that I needed. The whole team is friendly and efficient. This location can get crowded after work sometimes but they keep the line moving and let you drop off packages really quickly. The posted store hours say they open at 8:30am, but dont bother showing up any time near that as they are usually at least 30 mins late. During the day there is a good chance if you go in there the store will be open, but vacant. Dont bother waiting around as you could be there for a while. I walked over to the UPS store on my lunch break today for the first time and did not know quite where it was located, so I called them and Zack answered immediately and directed me to the front door. It's in the MERCANTILE BUILDING, I was on Atlantic Ave and should have been on Commercial St. Once I got there, Zack scanned in my package and asked if I needed a receipt, which I did, so he gave me that, then he gave me a December calender which indicated when I would have to drop off Xmas gifts in order for then to arrive at their destinations b4 Xmas, and that was very nice. Now I know how to ship out my Xmas gifts w/o waiting in line @ the PO!! Thanks Zack!! read more

I shipped a bunch of boxes to move from this store and every time I came in, the guys working there were super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, some of the stuff in one of my boxes was damaged during shipment, and Devin has been amazingly attentive and helpful in dealing with the insurance claim. He gave me the email address to the store in case I had questions (of course I did) and has responded to all of my emails very promptly, and has definitely been going above and beyond as far as customer service goes.
