I was a little hesitant to visit this post office because of the poor reviews but the postal workers we encountered were professional and courteous. We picked up a large flat rate box ($22.10 March 2023) and was informed we can pay for it when we drop the package off. So we returned a couple of hours later to do so. There was only one person in line (looks like she's renewing her passport and possibly her first time doing so) but we weren't in a hurry. A male worker came from the back to help us and our transaction was over in less than ten minutes with no issues. They provide glue sticks for customers to seal their envelopes. They sell packing supplies if you need them. This location also rents mailboxes. Convenient location and hours. read more

Cathy helped me today and she was so helpful and delightful! I really appreciate her being so personable and providing me all the necessary information I needed. This location is small but has a lot of tools, packaging options, greeting cards, and other things you oils need in a larger location. Cathy is wonderful! read more

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Who only has two clerks working during lunch hour in December? I just walked out of this location. Long line and people just think they can jump in line and cut you. Will NOT be returning. read more

A year later and Carol, Cathy, Monica, Chuck, and the rest of the crew make this place feel like a third place. My packages are always handled with care, they remember me by name, and are always willing to go the extra step to help out. A USPS is a USPS, it's the people that work there that make the difference. read more

This post office is pretty efficient even if you come during lunch time. I had to ship something and didn't have the time to toss up with the one near my house in Cambridge. So when I took my lunch hour I came here. Silly me I forgot I needed to fill out a customs form when I send stuff international. No worries there. I was told I could step aside, fill out the form and come back to the front of the line when I was finished. No fuss no stress. Then when I got to the counter again I got a delightful postal employee that told me USPS doesn't insure packages going to Malaysia, nor do they have any idea if it will even get to it's destination. Also if I ask the recipient if they got it and they didn't that I should take their word for it. It amused me because my friend told me things are prone to 'disappear' or not make it to their destination if it was 'something good'. So I was already well aware of the risks of my package being stolen. But kudos to the postal worker for confirming and making fully aware of where I was sending it. But the main thing is I didn't spend an hour waiting for service. read more

Yes this is a fairly busy Post Office, but the people are nice. I have a friend who was buying and selling a lot of stuff on EBay so they tretated her like a regular which was nice to see. Great location though, you can get a like done if it is an errand day, super close to CVS Windsor Button and other places I frequent. read more

I have never in my life experienced such a disregard for customer service. I walked in at 5:55. When the clock struck 6 (closing), a male clerk began to yell at me for continuing to mail my items after they had "closed" at 6 pm. He would not stop harassing me to hurry up such that I had no choice but to stop what I was doing in the middle of my transaction and leave, with my items half packaged and ready to go. It was an appalling and disturbing experience. They should be ashamed. read more

Always friendly and go extra to retrieve things from the back when i need (including no key). The staff, especially a woman at counter, waves when i come in, even with out counter business and is very patient with other customers (often a line....). A very attentive neighborhood office. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rude, entitled staff members who make you feel like a child if your package is not taped correctly or of if you didn't pick the optimal envelope. Absolutely ridiculous! One woman behind the counter (she was the worst) refused to accept my package because it wasn't the "exact" size, was rude and condescending.. it was okay though because another post office gladly accepted that package and all of my others. BEWARE.. go to ANY other post office if you want to be treated kindly and with respect. read more

This one of those. "We're important government bureaucrats" POs as opposed to "We're here to help the customer" POs. They go through their "is it dangerous, etc" recitals every single damn package. Also their how long it will take and they're not responsible for anything under the sun (i.e. "we just put it on the plane" in regard to international packages). Ugh. Love seeing every single one of these people hunting and pecking why they type in every bit of customer form information. Excruciating. Lines aren't bad though. read more

Like any post office, it's busy at lunchtime, but the lines move relatively quickly, so I can't complain. No self-serve package sending, but there's a stamp machine if you're in a hurry. read more

The employee taped over the delivery address, although there were 2 empty sides to the box. Then made me pay $3.50 for extra tape so I can add the address back on. While I was doing that, she gave tape for the very next person in line to do THE EXACT SAME THING. For free. Yeah, screw you Stephanie, hope you choke on whatever bonus you get for selling these. Oh, and did you ever hear of customer service? A hello wouldn't hurt you. Unless you charge for that too. read more

I had a horrible experience there. I went there this afternoon to get information on my package. It says it was delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere. I lined up there for 20 minutes before I talked to the clerk. The Clerk's name is Peter! !!!!He was working on his shift on June 10th at 4 pm. The only thing he told me was that there was nothing he can do and I should go to the South Station USPS office. I thought it was unreasonable to push me away just like that, so I asked him what was the difference between South station office and this office. He in the most rude way just called for the next person and said:"I have talked to you." This has never happened to me before. I wanted to talk to the supervisor but no one was available there. I was very irritated by his rudeness. I don't think any customer should be treated in this way. I hope that is not the way he treats people around him. read more

I haven't had the bad experiences others seem to have encountered, though it might be because I come in regularly (I've had a PO box at this location for about 3 years now). Does what a post office should for the most part, open Saturdays which is nice. The staff could be nicer to the non-regulars. read more

This USPS office has the rudest USPS employee I have ever met! He kept interrupt me when I talk to him, and refused to give me any help with my mail! He's so unfriendly and unprofessional! read more
