Thankfully, this place came to the rescue. The staff were friendly, helpful, and got my document faxed out the very same day. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Low price too! It's great to know there's still a place that offers fax services when you need them. You never think about fax machines until that one moment when a bank, doctor's office, government agency, or legal office insists on receiving a fax. When that happens, you'll be glad this place is here. Fast service, helpful staff, and a working fax machine when I needed one most. Five stars from a very relieved customer!

When I asked for my order I knew something was off. It turns out my order was lost in the email and wasn't made. It was very time sensitive so I was hoping we could figure something out. They apologized, took full responsibility, and said they can get it done by 6:00PM. The issue was that I had work plans so I wasn't going to be able to get it. The guy offered to walk it down to the Hilton for me. How cool! Not only that but 1) he took the poster board to my booth and set it up AND took photos so that I knew it was taken care of 2) they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. I didn't even mention the fantastic job they did on the poster! Kudos for making everything right and your customer happy!

I am a firm believer of shopping local, Minuteman press of Malden is one of those places that makes…read moreyou happy they exist. My industry tends to buy in bulk and get all of their printing needs from a printer located out of state. For many years, it was just easier to stay with what you know. More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. No job too big or small and the personal touch that this country so sorely needs and misses. Let's give a big finger to the Walmart's and Amazons of the world and keep this country of ours, and jobs, and revenue in the hands of local businesses. You'll just feel better about yourself. Happy 4th people.....

Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. I would 100% recommend and I will always use them in the future. It was a bit costly to do same day and such a big poster, but absolutely worth the quality, service, and convenience.
