Why can't I give more stars?? I have seriously never been so excited to write a review. Joseph and Michael aren't just great business owners and professionals, they're just wonderful people. I had to remind myself that I was there for business and not to hang out. I was working on a funeral program for a friends husband and quite frankly I was out of my league. Never would have found out about them if it wasn't for a friend. Honestly, we were going to go through Staples but the turnaround time was longer and the price was more expensive so I was glad to hear of another option and so happy we used Hercules! Hercules was a pleasure to deal with. Michael was pleasant and helpful every time I called. The posters and other printing needs we requested were done quickly and the quality was perfect! I brought a document in to have Hercules do printing and binding. Michael looked through the file carefully and thoroughly and discovered some formatting errors I had made. He took the time to explain the errors to me and how to fix them. When I brought back the document, they were able to print it quickly. In the process of printing, their machine went down. The staff were in touch with me right away to make sure I was taken care of. You could save 5% by going to Staples, but given the high level of customer care you'll get, Hercules is the best value. read more

I started working with Hercules Press through my job as Director of Development at a local nonprofit. Working with them has always been easy, fast, and a lot of fun. Michael is incredibly responsive and is able to catch any mistakes that I made on a document before going to print. These guys are great! We went in there 2 days before our wedding to see if they could print up the table name cards. We tried printing them at home but they had black & white photos on them and they just didn't look good enough. So we took a zip drive with the PDF files to Hercules Press and they had us in and out in about 10 minutes. I was charged 10$ to scan three documents to my email and was told by the man that it was to cover the high costs of the scanning machine.
