She was patient, worked with us and spent a very long time doing math with my fiance to make sure we had our paper sizes correct, and had a great sense of humor. Our invites, RSVP cards, and direction cards all came out perfectly and we are thrilled at how fast and easy it was to set up. Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. He pointed out that I had to go to a center if I wanted to use the account, and that the stores were franchises, and blocked the use of accounts. That was helpful to know for the future.

Due to high fuel costs, shipping was very expensive but we are all in the same--hopefully not sinking--boat with that. Seriously though, these guys aim for a hassle-free shipping experience. Kathy is super nice, patient, and professional - not to mention quick! I should clarify that by "cutting", I mean taking a ream of cardstock paper and cutting it in half ... etc.). She was able to make a cut as tiny as 1/8" off one edge of a stack of paper for me too. All in all it may have only been 6 cuts made but it saved me at least 5 hours of time doing it on my personal trimmer at home. This service is not listed on their website so it's best to call or visit them for an estimate and to make sure they can do what you need first.
