Flash Print has often surprised and delighted me-- going above and beyond my expectations and even…read moremy hopes. A few months ago, for example, I brought in a foam core poster board to ask IF they could cut some small amount off each side...the only shop that had told me they could definitely do the job was quite some distance away. The Flash Print tech on duty kindly said she believed she could do the work, since the poster was not too thick/dense-- and she did! Which saved me *hours* of traveling that day. Another time, I brought in a page or two to be copied-- and was not charged, even though another kindly staff person did all the work-- not me. And once, FlashPrint was the only copy center open when I needed some copies made. ...Also, each time I've gone in (even when Halloween was not in sight), there's been a bowl of bite-sized treats for customers to take one free: a sweet treat for completing some bothersome task, so I've felt happily *rewarded* for being productive, too, on leaving their shop...in fact, my tummy always leaps for joy, in anticipation, as I've headed down the stairs and seen the bowl of treats awaiting me. So Thanks again for EVERYTHING, Flash Print!

Everyone there knows their stuff and is super helpful. They'll help talk through what kind of paper choose, how to format your documents, etc - whatever you need to do to make things look good. 2. They're prices are very reasonable. Before discovering them, I had priced things out online at various online printers and ship & print places - Fleming is often half the price. Combined with point #1, it's a no-brainer The only challenging thing is that they don't have a flashy, modern web interface. In fact, their website could use a little love. Your best bet is to just give them a call (and if you're a person who doesn't like talking on the phone, like myself, don't worry - they're super friendly).

We decided to give a call and chat with them about our very specific needs for our custom wedding invitations. We worked with Renee, who is totally awesome and very tolerant of my general level of insanity when it comes to planning the wedding. She was patient, worked with us and spent a very long time doing math with my fiance to make sure we had our paper sizes correct, and had a great sense of humor. Our invites, RSVP cards, and direction cards all came out perfectly and we are thrilled at how fast and easy it was to set up. The rates were reasonable and we saved a ton of money by designing and printing our own invites rather than buying them through a stationary store or getting them done online. Bottom line: Knowledgeable, friendly and quality-focused. We were really happy with Fleming and would definitely use them again.

With my current company, Kendall Press provides me with the same level of outstanding service. I love working with Jacob and his team. Given a long history with the company, there has been mistakes. Don't quote me on this, but I actually think that when you are shipping larger boxes, UPS is slightly cheaper than USPS... Or they at least treat your boxes better... Will it arrive on time? Is it being handled with the necessary care? Could it get lost in transit? Honestly it would be nice to see them load it on the truck at the drop off location, I'm just saying. Luckily, the team at this particular UPS Store was highly efficient and that started things off well. I especially appreciated that Mr. Tu packed my items using a custom-tailored box he cut himself. He added bubble wrap, and packing peanuts for $10 (this is different from their fragile packing service which I did not receive) and assisted the nice trainee helping me with some logistics. Due to high fuel costs, shipping was very expensive but we are all in the same--hopefully not sinking--boat with that. Seriously though, these guys aim for a hassle-free shipping experience. If it's important enough to ship with care, I'd definitely recommend this store.
