I did not receive notice of mailing of the item, which was needed by a specific date. When I went on line to check the status of the order I found it had been cancelled the same day as the order was made, but my VISA had not been credited. I called the company and also notified the Ruby Lane website, where I had found the shop. Ruby Lane customer service responded quickly and said they were working with the individual shop on my refund. The shop responded and said they had cancelled the order because the item was no longer available. They did NOT explain why my VISA had not been credited for almost a week - until both Ruby Lane and I had contacted them. All I received from the shop was an email saying they "regretted the incident." This is NO WAY to run a professional business. Go elsewhere for your jewelry needs.
