While running some errands in Peabody square, I came across ALX office; since I saw his own signs and items displayed at his store, I knew I had found the local professional that I was looking for! I like the idea of deal face to face with people and to see what I am buying. I sat with Alex the owner and told him what I was looking for; he came up with a very nice design right at the spot. Also, ask him for some posters and he came up with very nice ideas. I have been using Alx marketing office for all my business and special event's needs. He has not disappointed me so far! Alex is very creative and fast. His prices are very reasonable . I really recommend him for printing material and designs.

I can't say my job was particularly complicated, nor did it require any prep work on Minuteman's…read morepart, but still: I had an extremely quick turnaround rush poster job I needed to be printed and everyone came through for me and then some! As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.

I called Minuteman Press of Peabody and spoke directly to Rick, the owner. He asked me more questions than the others did, which made me feel like he was more interested in what I was trying to achieve. I visited his shop later that same day. It was a nice clean, modern shop and appeared well organized, which is important to me. We sat down and discussed my needs and Rick assured me that he could do everything that I required.
