Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. I would 100% recommend and I will always use them in the future. It was a bit costly to do same day and such a big poster, but absolutely worth the quality, service, and convenience.

Especially if this business was surely losing customers left and right to comparable online services. But both times I've walked into Sign-a-Rama I've received blank stares as if I've showed up unannounced to a party I wasn't invited to. I went to Sign-a-Rama because all the online sign shops were overwhelming with choices and I needed guidance from an expert. Unfortunately, the owner seemed to know less about available banner stands than I did. Instead of an expert, I got an in-person version of the websites I'd seen, except with less information. Newsflash-- If your small business lacks personality and expertise, you WILL lose out to the Internet. Except in this case. I was strapped for time so I crossed my fingers and ordered the cheapest banner I could. They'd have made much more money off of me if they tried even a little bit. Oh well.
