Andy is a hard worker who is driven to succeed. Having Andy…read moreon your side for the creation or updating of a website is an advantage you won't have if you work with someone else. What this means is, if you are clear about your needs, he will get the work done on time and on budget. On top of that, so much of web/graphic design these days happens behind your back, maybe it's just being pawned off overseas to subcontractors or something? I don't like that. Andy doesn't do that. Andy is VERY local. You've seen him around town, you just don't know that's him. Why even consider a design guy who isn't close by and invested in your community? He wants all clients to succeed, especially local ones, so he'll be a booster for your cause. As for his style? I have been working around graphic designers for the past 6 years. Andy has a command for 2 things in particular. Font & Color. It can be so frustrating to work with a designer who "just doesn't get it", you try to pull them one way and they resist, shrinking back down into their hole... okay, that was a little too colorful, I'll admit, but if you've ever dealt with them, you KNOW what I'm talking about. For the record, he's designed a website, a postcard, and a print ad. I have another designer at my disposal (for free) but they aren't named Truly Good Design.. are they.

I've engaged his services for a number of web projects and each time he's delivered a top notch product. A clear communicator, he's never made a non-techy like me feel dumb as we sorted through options and he passed along instructions. He's understood the goals of each project and suggested elements I didn't even know existed -- making the sites look amazing and my job of maintaining them so easy. He delivers what he promises and makes it happen within budget. We're able to crank through the job without a feeling of being rushed. He's become the go-to person for lots of area businesses I know and I've heard only positive experiences from others. I've moved webhosting over to Truly Good and it's been 100% the right decision -- price was more than right and I know I've got someone capable to handle things if ever needed. Every time I need a web designer or are asked for a recommendation I call on Andy. I love when I have a new project because it's always such a pleasure to work with Truly Good.

Everyone there knows their stuff and is super helpful. They'll help talk through what kind of paper choose, how to format your documents, etc - whatever you need to do to make things look good. 2. They're prices are very reasonable. Before discovering them, I had priced things out online at various online printers and ship & print places - Fleming is often half the price. Combined with point #1, it's a no-brainer The only challenging thing is that they don't have a flashy, modern web interface. In fact, their website could use a little love. Your best bet is to just give them a call (and if you're a person who doesn't like talking on the phone, like myself, don't worry - they're super friendly).

We decided to give a call and chat with them about our very specific needs for our custom wedding invitations. We worked with Renee, who is totally awesome and very tolerant of my general level of insanity when it comes to planning the wedding. She was patient, worked with us and spent a very long time doing math with my fiance to make sure we had our paper sizes correct, and had a great sense of humor. Our invites, RSVP cards, and direction cards all came out perfectly and we are thrilled at how fast and easy it was to set up. The rates were reasonable and we saved a ton of money by designing and printing our own invites rather than buying them through a stationary store or getting them done online. Bottom line: Knowledgeable, friendly and quality-focused. We were really happy with Fleming and would definitely use them again.

Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

I was not there to pick this order up, and the person who did, didn't request one, and it caused a bit of extra work because they were traveling on a flight and I had to scramble to find a tube. Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. I would 100% recommend and I will always use them in the future. It was a bit costly to do same day and such a big poster, but absolutely worth the quality, service, and convenience.
