I…read moream often quite satisfied with just a printed logo until seeing a well embroidered logo on someone else's apron for example. That material lustful covetousness that follows after...sighs. So I finally took some time to look up local businesses that do custom embroidery and found Graphic Connections. I spoke with the owner Paul in person one evening shortly after they were closed for the day. He was very friendly and insightful to their process for handling custom jobs for their customers including other local businesses. They run two shifts: sales and design by day, printing and embroidery by night. We spoke through some details and fees involved and went from there. Zapporah took care of all the different quotes and questions promptly. Dave handled the design and proofs prior to production. The night crew handled production and a phonecall was received when it was ready for pickup. Turnaround time after the proofs was really quick! Moment of truth was when I finally picked up the end product - a few aprons embroidered with logos as a gift to another local small business. They were beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I can't be any happier and look forward to working with them again in the future! Definitely recommend!!!

They were the only embroidery shop in Boston willing to accommodate my request on such a short notice (right before closing at that!) and were very kind and helpful while doing so. When his system's proof request had initially gotten stuck in my junk inbox, he followed up directly after not hearing from me for an hour since he knew the order was time-sensitive. I really appreciate that hands on attention, especially considering this was a pretty small order. Highly recommend AlphaGraphics. Faster, more affordable, higher quality, and far better service than the big-box print shops, I'll definitely be coming back.

Turns out their location was closed, new location still under construction. Both addresses show up on website and emails from them. Turns out my print was going to be in Woburn. When I went there 2 days later, it was not done yet. It was 'on it's way from Boston', come back later today. That's 2 1/2 days to get on print from pdf, after going on a treasure hunt to find where it was. Note that the Woburn location is a 30 minute one-way drive (without 128 traffic). Communication was as horrible as it was confusing, and waiting 2-3 days for one print is ridiculous. Too bad Amazon doesn't do printing, they would have it to me the same day.

We talked to a few different printers and ended up going with Alphagraphics in Waltham. Despite this initial issue, we decided to give it a second chance and placed a new order: blue (size L), white (size M) t-shirts and an interior bumper sticker. Unfortunately, once again, we received the wrong sizes, with the shirts having exactly the same measurements, despite different labels. In addition, the sticker they sent was for exterior use, contrary to our request. This time, they at least acknowledged the error (since we sent comparison photos) and asked us to return the white t-shirts. We sent the t-shirts and sticker in February 2025, but instead of refunding the money we paid, the company informed us that their attorney would be in touch. After waiting a month without any response, we called again and were met with extremely rude service, even insulting them. Unfortunately, our experience with Seaside Graphics was marked by errors, lack of commitment, and unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and responsible service.

They have matches prices we have received from other vendors, and are all around trustworthy and helpful. Not to mention: fast. At some points we have ordered a product we weren't happy with (one in particular: we ordered camera covers for our office laptops and they weren't sticky enough) and Nicole got us a full refund. Awesome. Aside from that, we've ordered thousands of notebooks, water bottles, pens, and sunglasses. They are all wonderful, and we are very happy customers.
