I can however state that the folks here are top notch and I actually enjoyed my day at 18 Tremont. My Focus group was pretty interesting and I believe an important one. Well without disclosing more about my specific group I will move on to a few things I can state to the public. The building is very well kept with a security guard checking everyone in. The hallways and public areas were clean and tidy. Our focus room was quite hot but the staff remedied that quick enough. Everyone I encountered here was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really seemed to care about the subject matter and outcome of the days events. I would not hesitate a moment to return, if invited again. I would have expected a tad better and bigger lunch and a few more snacks but other than that I had a great experience.

Honestly, if i didn't work down the street from this location I would never come here. It's sloppy and disorganized. The pay outs are weak and just barely justify the process. I would never drive here and do a study even though they do pay for parking. My recommendation would be to seek out other survey and study websites before using this one unless you happen to be nearby in rhe city.
