We had several phone calls and emails to check in and make sure that we were on the same page about the photos that we wanted to make sure we took. They even looked through the pinterest link I sent to them with the pictures I had saved for more ideas! On the day of the event, they arrived a little early to set up for the day. Several people in our wedding commented on how nice and warm they are. TRF stands for the Regis Family and they really made us feel like family! The whole day was documented just as we wanted and as we had planned. My 2 year old daughter had her own plans for the day (as toddlers do!) but Jeramie rolled right with it and got some beautiful shots of her. The turn around for the photos has been so quick! We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy.
