Her kindness and compassion at this difficult time and her rapid response to any request was so helpful in this whole process. I was scared…read moreabout going to a corporate place because most people at Staples, Office Depot, etc. don't even know the difference between a KB and MB. So, first off, these people are actual experts on photoshop, printing, design, everything. That was a major relief. Secondly, I had a major project I needed done and they stayed past their hours of operation to get it done at no extra cost. After requesting more copies about a month later, their reprints weren't of as high a caliber as before, but instead of being snarky towards me, they were apologetic and redid the entire order at no charge. These folks are first-class all the way and they are experts. Speak with Dan if you really want the most knowledgeable guy to work with, he'll set you up with everything and make your existing product better. I'm telling you, they know their stuff!

Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the "fast" turnaround…read moretime we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone. One of Julie's greatest assets is her communication - she really takes the time to understand client needs so she doesn't waste time designing something that's not a good fit. She thinks about the small details as well as the big picture - in fact, she prefers to work on projects that help to rebrand a client or have multiple components with similar design elements. She makes each element unique but the whole package cohesive. Julie is truly phenomenal and I look forward to working with her at any opportunity.

American Apparel talks a good no-sweat game, and their employees earn pretty decent wages, but the company itself discourages its employees from unionizing (as if it's management's decision), and AA's CEO is an admitted sexual harasser. No Sweat carries products made in the US and products made all over the world. When you buy from No Sweat, you know your money is going to a stand-up company and that your clothes and shoes weren't made in an oppressive setting. Can you say that about shopping anywhere else? I've been buying sneakers and T-shirts from No Sweat since they appeared, and I've had almost entirely positive experiences. The sneakers used to fall apart relatively quickly, but they fixed whatever problem there was, because my last two pairs have lasted a couple years each and are still going strong. They're really personable when you have to return items for whatever reason, and they have clearance sales a couple times a year. The way to encourage businesses like No Sweat to grow is to actually buy stuff from them. One word of caution: If you buy any of their T-shirts made in Palestine, buy two sizes larger; these things are sized ridiculously small.
