I had a good experience with Paul and this company. He sent detailed info about the study and was…read morevery polite. The study went well and I did a great job in being vocal as were the other participants. Please note that clients come to this company and pay them to find people who will honestly speak up and share their thoughts. So if the participant doesn't deliver, then the ax falls on Paul and the company. Paul is responsible for making sure his clients get what they pay for so it'd understandable if he is frustrated. Tat's not to say he shouldn't speak to someone in a respectable manner at all times. But based on my experience, this is a solid company who just wants to deliver the best service for their client. If that wasn't true, Paul wouldn't be reaching out several times to ensure that a participant show up and is clear on the protocol. So my experience was fine and I look forward to continue being a client.
