When purchased years ago, the pale interior was spotless and had since acquired the array of stains that came with all of our adventures and some dreaded slime that somehow found its way into the vehicle and was forgotten about on the floor. Did I mention kids? Anyway, I made an appointment as a birthday gift to my fellow kid wrangler since it is primarily him who had to endure the sour milk scent everyday during his work commute (despite basic attempts to clean). Valencia Detailing immediately got the vehicle in and were able to clean it inside & out overnight! Jaime updated me with photos in the morning and I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the doors to find that it looked (and smelled) like it had when we first bought it years ago! I took my 12 year old truck there, LOADED with scratches, and for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE, they used Clay bar, then a compound wax was applied with a buffer. Now, 99% of the scratches ARE GONE!!!! Also did the interior and under the hood, all for a mere $340!!!!! They even replaced my fog light bulbs. These guys can do most anything! Before I found Johnny's, I had my wife's SUV done by one of the BIGGEST and supposedly BEST detail shops in the Merrimack Valley. They charged $525 to do her car inside, outside, and under the hood, and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! It looks like the guy stood in one place and sprayed the engine bay from there only. When viewed from all other angles, the engine is filthy!!! Not what I expected for $525.00!!!! These men do much more than detailing. Garages wanted over $250.00 JUST FOR THE LABOR to change 6 spark plugs on my Honda. Johnny's did it for less than that. In fact, they did 6 plugs, 6 coils, replaced a bumper bracket, and detailed my interior, all for less than the garage was charging JUST TO DO PLUGS!!! As a bonus, while one man finished the plugs, rather than stand around, the other did spray wax on my whole car!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And if you need thorough detailing, or mechanical work, YOU WILL, TOO!!! These guys are experts and educated me on cleaning chemicals to use going forward. Very personable, friendly, and generous with their knowledge and expertise. Get your vehicle done here, you will be happy that you did.

Mixed results at best. Back of car totally missed first…read moretime. Would not clean the mat saying it couldn't be cleaned (but it most certainly could at home). Seat belts never touched. Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.
