I highly recommend Alexander's Detailing!!!! I purchased a Certified Pre Owned special edition FJ Cruiser from Heritage Toyota in Burlington, VT. The vehicle was extremely filthy inside and smelled of wet dog. I asked for the interior to be reconditioned during the purchase process and the salesperson told me they would take care of it. All they did was spray deodorizer in the FJ and this made it toxic for me due to allergies and a respiratory condition I have. I live 3 hours away and had been there all day so I bought the FJ and figured I could air it out. I was wrong. The FJ was making me sick and was even effecting my wife so much that she refused to drive with me until it was detailed. The dealership refused to honor their responsibilities and I escalated a formal complain to Toyota USA that is still pending. My wife found Alexander's Detailing online and based on the reviews I contacted them and spoke with Rich. I felt very comfortable after the call and scheduled the appointment. I left the FJ late on a Thursday night so Rich would have all day Friday and Saturday to detail and leave the air purifier inside overnight to get rid of the foulness. Rich called me Saturday morning to let me know the job was done and I could pick up the FJ anytime. WOW, WOW, WOW...The work that Alexander's did is amazing!! The FJ looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Every nook, cranny and crevice are spotless. The dog hairs that were everywhere [door jambs, seats and even the headliner were covered] are completely gone. They recommended I get a 12v mini ionizer to keep the FJ smelling fresh. It was great advice. I picked one up on Amazon and it's working great. This is an OUTSTANDING detail shop. I will not hesitate to bring all of our vehicles back to Alexander's Detailing going forward. I'm now a Raving Fan. Thank you very much!!!! read more

Just had my husband's suv detailed at Alexanders....It's a 2012 SRX Cadillac. Although it's old, it wasn't in too bad of shape....the exterior looks wonderful.. When I went to pick up the suv, I had to point out areas that were still dirty. He pointed out some wear and tear which I understood. He had kids doing the cleaning and they overlooked areas...for $375.00 nothing should have been overlooked....I had to ask about the stains that wouldn't come out which should have been pointed out when I picked up the vehicle. Didn't seem to care that I had questions....I'd look elsewhere. read more

I called on a Friday afternoon asking if I could bring my jeep in on Saturday to get the interior detailed. Rich made sure I could get in on Saturday for the full detail. I needed the seats and floors shampooed because my dog made a mess of it. When I picked up my jeep I was completely amazed! It looked better than when I bought it. What a super job! I brought my van in to have a milk spill in the trunk taken care of and a general detail job. They removed the odor completely and did an amazing job throughout the van. Had my car in for repairs at a local auto shop, and they returned my car with carpet and leather seats layered in grease! The manager of the auto shop offered to pay for detailing my car. After reading reviews for various mobile detaling services, I called Michael at Alexander's early this morning; luck would have it that he had an opening today, and he arrived at my house mid-morning as promised. Two hours later he was done. He did a great job -- seats, carpet, the whole interior looks like new!! I also had him detail the outside, and that too looks great. I plan on using Michael/Alexander's Detailing for periodic maintenance on both of our cars. read more
