The vehicle was extremely filthy inside and smelled of wet dog. I asked for the interior to be reconditioned during the purchase process and the salesperson told me they would take care of it. All they did was spray deodorizer in the FJ and this made it toxic for me due to allergies and a respiratory condition I have. I live 3 hours away and had been there all day so I bought the FJ and figured I could air it out. I was wrong. The FJ was making me sick and was even effecting my wife so much that she refused to drive with me until it was detailed. The dealership refused to honor their responsibilities and I escalated a formal complain to Toyota USA that is still pending. My wife found Alexander's Detailing online and based on the reviews I contacted them and spoke with Rich. I felt very comfortable after the call and scheduled the appointment. I left the FJ late on a Thursday night so Rich would have all day Friday and Saturday to detail and leave the air purifier inside overnight to get rid of the foulness. Rich called me Saturday morning to let me know the job was done and I could pick up the FJ anytime. WOW, WOW, WOW...The work that Alexander's did is amazing!! The FJ looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Every nook, cranny and crevice are spotless. The dog hairs that were everywhere [door jambs, seats and even the headliner were covered] are completely gone. They recommended I get a 12v mini ionizer to keep the FJ smelling fresh. It was great advice. I picked one up on Amazon and it's working great. This is an OUTSTANDING detail shop. I will not hesitate to bring all of our vehicles back to Alexander's Detailing going forward. I'm now a Raving Fan. Thank you very much!!!!

When I went to pick up the suv, I had to point out areas that were still dirty. He pointed out some wear and tear which I understood. He had kids doing the cleaning and they overlooked areas...for $375.00 nothing should have been overlooked....I had to ask about the stains that wouldn't come out which should have been pointed out when I picked up the vehicle. I chose this shop based on price and reviews. Before scheduling, I emphasized that I wanted all…read moreglass tinted with Xpel prime XR plus and I was told "yes." When I arrived, I again reviewed what we had discussed over text, specifically "all glass," and Xpel prime XR plus. I was reassured and confirmed. When I picked up the car, I paid more than the agreed quote but when they brought it out, I saw that only part of the glass was tinted. Instead of honoring the agreement, they offered to add two smaller pieces as a workaround, but I had made it clear from the start that I wanted one-piece tint. They could not deliver what was originally promised, despite multiple confirmations. I asked for a refund, I was denied and forced to reschedule for a later date to fix their mistake. To make things worse, when I got home, I tested the tint with a meter and discovered they did not use Xpel Prime XR plus film as agreed. If Xpel ceramics was used the IRR should show close to around 97% but Instead shows a much lower quality, they bait-and-switched me with a cheaper non ceramic film to maximize their profit. Also the more I look at the windows the more imperfections and bad cuts I find. This was misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest.
