First off Cody and Becca are the absolute best people to work with. So personable, sweet and kind - all while providing a top notch detailing service! We got two cars detailed with Cody and his partner. The results are just amazing, totally exceeded…read moreour expectations. We got the exterior and interior packages done for both cars. There is a minor price difference, $240 for sedan and $280 for minivan. But to us, the work quality is completely comparable to what they asked, they spent almost 3 hours on the sedan and almost 4 on the minivan. They brought their own water, which at first, we were like huh, but it's true, they have no address and they came to our home with their water and supplies. We have them detailed ours in the driveway and when they've done, there were no water or mess on the ground. Not sure how they did it but it's fascinating. Honest and hardworking people are so rare this day! We tipped them, and they were so appreciative! We got so lucky to have found them. It feels amazing to have two brand spanking new looking cars again!

Had my car detailed by them and went with a complete correction and CQuartz Professional coating…read more The paint was corrected to about a 90% correction, wish it was a little better. The coating is good but it was not applied to the glass, wheels or exhaust tips like it should have been for the cost. Found two very small spots that they burned through the paint, luckily not in major spots. Found a couple spots that looked like bubbles in the coating.

Looking at some of these reviews, I have to wonder if they were a fluke, or posted by a competitor,…read morebecause I am so happy I found Johnny's Detailing. I took my 12 year old truck there, LOADED with scratches, and for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE, they used Clay bar, then a compound wax was applied with a buffer. Now, 99% of the scratches ARE GONE!!!! Also did the interior and under the hood, all for a mere $340!!!!! They even replaced my fog light bulbs. These guys can do most anything! Before I found Johnny's, I had my wife's SUV done by one of the BIGGEST and supposedly BEST detail shops in the Merrimack Valley. They charged $525 to do her car inside, outside, and under the hood, and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! It looks like the guy stood in one place and sprayed the engine bay from there only. When viewed from all other angles, the engine is filthy!!! Not what I expected for $525.00!!!! These men do much more than detailing. Garages wanted over $250.00 JUST FOR THE LABOR to change 6 spark plugs on my Honda. Johnny's did it for less than that. In fact, they did 6 plugs, 6 coils, replaced a bumper bracket, and detailed my interior, all for less than the garage was charging JUST TO DO PLUGS!!! As a bonus, while one man finished the plugs, rather than stand around, the other did spray wax on my whole car!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And if you need thorough detailing, or mechanical work, YOU WILL, TOO!!! These guys are experts and educated me on cleaning chemicals to use going forward. Very personable, friendly, and generous with their knowledge and expertise. Get your vehicle done here, you will be happy that you did.

Not a good first impression…read more After weeks of communication with Jonnys detail business for an appt, I show up to the business to find no one there. There was no signage that the owner had stepped out and would return shortly. That would explain why no one answers the phone. I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to find out that they were 2 cars behind and that my car would not be detailed until later in the day. He did offer to reschedule me for another day and throw in a free exterior detail. However, that did not outweigh the aggravation of me traveling over an hour to find out that the scheduled appt would not happen until another day. Hopefully there are improvements in communication for future clients.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.
