Took my work trunk to gems for a full interior detail .. after weeks of me working in mud/dirt and working with concrete . Left my truck absolutely disgusting on the inside .. I just happened to meet Emily and her mom at a festival where we were both vendors. Such incredibly pleasant and friendly people. I inquired about pricing for detailing the outside and inside of my ice cream truck, and Emily quoted an exceptionally fair price. I hired her on the spot. I cannot recommend Gem's Auto Detailing enough. Communication was excellent, and they came right to my house! My truck has never looked so good. They carefully pressure washed the exterior, so as not to cause any lifting or peeling of any of the multitude of stickers, and it is gleaming. And when I say the inside is spotless, I mean spotless! Even my tile floor was washed by hand! I will not hesitate to call Emily and her mom again, and I love supporting women-owned businesses. I got a diamond package detail from Emily, interior and exterior, and the car looks great! I didn't think to take before pictures but it was definitely dirty, with lots of sand, pine needles, random residue in crevices, trash, and dirt inside, and all the slush and dirt that February in NH brings on the outside. I didn't even realize how dirty it was until I saw how nice and clean and white it looked after. Smells nice too. Emily is so sweet and accommodating, and it was extremely easy to get in contact with her through text after finding her page on facebook. She answered my text right away with options for time slots when I asked to get a detail last minute before a cross-country road trip. She was able to fit me in the next day, and offered appointments on the weekend too. She conveniently came to my house to pick up the car and dropped it back off a few hours later. Communication was great, service was great, and price was great - she has an awesome deal going on right now for the month of February! I took my car here because the inside was splashed with gross slush from a snow storm. It was all over my car. Like absolutely everywhere as I have a small sedan. At first glance my car looked pretty clean when I picked it up, but when I got home and gave it an inspection I noticed several things. They did not wipe down the area where the seatbelt is between the front and back doors and both sides. They did not wipe down my driver head rest. The spots they missed were easy to spot since the slush dried white and I have black leather interior. There were lots of little spots I could see. The back window looked wiped but it was smudgy and not clear. Emily was very nice it was pleasant to talk to her. One thing that bugged me too was on their website there was no mention of them being cash, check or venmo only. Not mention before hand when scheduling through emails. When I went to pay I was blind sided by that. I also noticed my hair clip was moved in the center dash holder and when they closed it they broke the clip and failed to mention that to me. They ran my car through the wash for free. All in all they get 2 stars for the pleasant attitude and free car wash but I will not be coming back. read more

Got my car cleaned yesterday I paid for the diamond that was 280 they didn't a great job trunk was dirty with dog hair no shine tires my seats was bad and they didn't return my charger and my hand sanitizer definitely not recommend super expensive and poor job! read more

Gem's came out and detailed my truck the first year I used the service. The truck looked pretty good, except they missed some big streaks on the front drivers side inside windshield. This year, I texted her via Facebook Messenger as I did the previous year and thought I had an appointment. Shen asked if the day was good. I said I work from home all day every day. With that response, she said I didn't confirm and she never showed up at the time she said. I thought, OK, maybe I wasn't clear. Let's try this again. I Facebook Messengered her again and she sent me vague responses of when she could be here as I tried to confirm multiple times. She finally stopped responding at all. I have not heard from Gem's since. Because of this, I would not recommend this service. read more

Emily is so sweet and does amazing work. I've always been too cheap to want to pay to get my car detailed when I *could* attempt it myself. It took water in my car to finally break down and realize I would never get my car as clean as she just has, and it feels so refreshing. I will definitely be doing it again. She is super responsive and helpful if you're not sure which package is best for you. Also, my car battery died on her and she was so great about coordinating with us to make sure I got what I needed. We just had Gem's Auto Detailing detail our daughters Toyota Forerunner to get it ready for the arrival of her new baby. We worked with Emily who was extremely professional to deal with. She was very helpful & very responsive to all of my texts when trying to set up a date. The best part about Gem's for us was that my daughter lives within 10 miles of the business so they came and picked up the car, cleaned it and then returned it within a few hours. Emily was just so sweet to deal with. She showed up on time for the pick up. She was super friendly with me via texts and with my daughter in person. Just a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough. My daughter has a dog (white lab) who sheds like crazy and the car was covered in fur, front to back. We chose the Diamond package and the car came back looking like new. You would never know that a dog was ever in that car. The car shined inside and out and pretty much looked brand new. My daughter was over the top happy with the results. I would recommend Emily to everybody I know. We will definitely be only using Emily for our car detailing in the future. read more
