my wife's 2015 subaru outback was trashed from our dog and kids but for mother's day I bought her detailing. it was expensive ($450) and after I stopped choking on the price, I said yes because I knew she would be happy. We dropped off the car, then picked it up in two days. We couldn't believe what an OUTSTANDING job they did. When we first saw the car, we wern't sure if it was hers because the outside was sparkiling like a new car. even days later, we still stand in awe at how good a job they did. The inside of the car was just like it was when she first bought it 7 years ago! Chris did a phenomenal job on my 392, I gave him the vehicle after doing a few burnouts and races at the local track and the wheel wells rims definitely were no longer shiny black as they are in the pictures above. The cars paint was severely swirled up and hazed over from months of snow removal and regular daily driver wear and tear. He paint corrected the vehicle and removed all the swirls and went above and beyond, made a few cuts to the PPF film installed on the vehicle from factory that had some "dead skin" hanging from three years of beat down from the sun...and my poor maintenance After the paint correction he did a opti coat ceramic coating, I went with the first level of protection as I think three years is a a handsome amount of protection for the vehicles factory paint. Pricing was fair and he honestly treated my vehicle as if it were his own. Would highly recommend stopping by and getting your detailing done here. Oh wow. I mean, I am speechless. I inquired with this business about putting paint protection film on the door pillars of my new SUV and there was what I thought a normal back and forth communication between us regarding some questions I had about the service. My last communication with them was regarding a slight confusion with their response about the effectiveness of the PPF to protect the surface of the door pillars and because of my confusion (they informed me that PPF is not really "self-healing" even though I have read many times over that it is and that's the point of it), I suggested coming to meet in person with my boyfriend who knows more about cars than I do so I could understand the service better. Their exact response: "Kristina, I don't think an in-person discussion is necessary. I feel we have covered everything via email at this point. At the end of the day it is a fairly quick install and I would really rather not spend more time discussing this than we already have. Honestly, at this point I think I will have more time involved in emails than it actually takes to perform the job itself. If you need this much convincing then paint film may not be the choice for you." I mean WOW. I have never received such a rude, blatant response to fair inquiries about a service in my 45 years. I used this business five years ago and the work was okay. These guys are now booked out over a month and are too busy to take on new work. Strangely enough they do not allow for night drop-offs as I found this to be very strange. Most other local detailing companies are booked out around two weeks and will allow for night drop-offs. I would stay clear of these folks, they seem like there is new ownership or something. There are several others at half the price and the same quality. Good luck! read more

I can't believe I never left a review. I've been here 3 times in the last 4 years and I always leave feeling like my car is worth a million bucks. For weeks after, I look back at my car when I go into work and just smile. It makes a used car feel new again. Detailing is not for everyone but those who spring for it, or maybe their loved ones get them a gift certificate, it really is a HUGE improvement. Great place for a car wash or paint corrections. Kris runs the show and his wife runs the office. Sadly, it appears that as time has gone on the costs have sky rocketed. I appreciate a Free Market but going from $2700 to $4300 in less than 3 years for the same services is downright criminal. I understand that the manufacturer sets the price and the installer puts his markup on it. The fact that we live in a world where the economy is moving around 3% this cost influx makes little sense. Kris got his feathers all ruffled because one of his suppliers must have told him that I went to them for a quote. OMG, I guess if you don't one stop shop Kris gets bent out of shape. That was not right on many fronts. When I explained that spending $4300 to protect a new car that is a 30 month lease was foolish; I was told, by the way, that doesn't include the paint correction which could add a bit of cost..... This is a mass produced highline German car that I don't want to get paint chips etc but it is not going into a museum. The paint is fine with some factory swirls and spending tons to correct this is nuts. We live in NH, snow, tree limbs, shopping carts, rude people opening doors, etc. are going to do their number over time. This is not a 0% chance of rain or snow vehicle.However, people are free to make their own decisions and I really think he is good at making a car look like new car delivery regardless of the current filth, etc. All you need to do is google Opti Coat or xPEL installers and you will find selections to compare against. Kris has great reviews and that might lead you here but it is always wise to see who else is available to provide the same types of services. If you notice I have 4 check ins here. 1 was for the services, 2 were to fix pealing film and 1 for a car wash before family came to town. As I mentioned, he is wonderful at washing a car. This is a science that should not be taken lightly. Kris is young and needs to be seasoned. Business knowledge comes with time not because you are good at a trade and the other pieces fall into place. People that spend $2,000+ are typically sophisticated and expect top tier throughout the process. Kris is great at what he does but not a good business person from my experience. We are all entitled to our opinions. His pictures show the quality of his service and being threatened by him made me realize it is not worth it so I modified my review to contain facts. HIS QUOTE IN AN EMAIL TODAY WHICH IS WHY I CHANGED THE REVIEW: This whole entire thing is because you don't like the price increases of OCP. That is not of my control. They decide what minimum we have to charge and we follow suit. Since you didn't like the price, you got mouthy about it and complained about my quote. Then tried comparing it to what we did for you 2 and a half years ago? That makes zero sense. Nobody pays today what they paid 2 and a half years ago for just about anything. If you had a real issue with OCP pricing, you should take it up with them, not me. Instead you decide that now you want to slander my business online with no real reason to do so other than spite. You're trying to make us look like liars, criminals, cheats, etc. You know as well as I do, that is not true. This is complete defemation of character. Last July I purchased a 2016 ScatPack Challenger. I always have detailed my own cars and did my best to fix the swirled marks left by the "detail guy" from the dealership. This was beyond my ability and I did a lot of research to find an expert. I saw several 5 star reviews for Northeast Detailing and figured I would give them a try. I dropped my car off for a paint correction and gloss coat. When I came by to pick it up the next day I was BLOWN AWAY. My car looked like totally different car. The scratches were gone, and any only the deepest ones were barely visible. The black paint looked wet with a deep gloss. Fast forward to March 1st 2017. After 8 months of hand washing, automatic car washing, and road salt you would expect the paint to be a mess. It warmed up on day and I was able to hand wash it for the first time in months. The paint still looks like it was just waxed. Not a single water spot, or etching after the whole winter. The Gloss Coat did its job! Needless to say I am NEVER detailing my own cars again. Northeast Detailing has gained a customer for life. I recommend them to all my family and friends who need detailing work. Also, a side note. Kris is a great guy to work with. Setting up an appointment, or getting a quote is quick and easy. He explains everything to you very well, so you understand what you are paying for. He will NOT upsell you just to make more money. I recently setup another appointment. I asked to have the gloss coating reapplied. A lot of other companies would have set the appointment and taken my money. I brought my '02 M3 in for a clean up from having been transported from Colorado recently on an open trailer. Chris was nice enough to really listen to what I was after on the car's finish and then took the time explain what was necessary to get the car to that finish level. He then went on to squeeze me in to an already busy schedule. The results were awesome. I called Northeast Detailing because it was close by. I explained to the "gentlemen" that answered the phone that I was looking to sell my Audi and wanted the most basic detailing service that Northeast offered. However that was quickly countered with, "No, you want the silver package. That's what most people who are selling their car get. It comes with... for only $230!" Yikes $230? that was more than double what I had in mind as I was planning on selling the car anyway but figured that this guy was a "Professional" and that he probably knew better than I did so I reluctantly scheduled an appointment. I explained that I wasn't using the car and would like to deliver it a few days early while I had a ride to do so. When I dropped it off, I spoke with the receptionist in the waiting room and told her that there was a problem with the master break cylinder ( for the safety of their staff) and made sure to mention that the interior had not been cleaned out in a while as I used the car primarily for work. There was no mention of an up charge for a dirtier than average car. And why should there be? Surely $230 dollars would be more than fair compensation for Vacuuming the rugs and rinsing the car off, which was all I really wanted in the first place. But alas no! Days after dropping the car off, I get a call from the same guy who up-sold me in the first place saying that the price has to go up from $230 to $305 and I "might as well upgrade to the gold package" for over $350! WHAT? It was at that point that I decided to take my business to a shop that practiced more transparent and ethical business practices. It was only out of curiosity that I began to inquire as to why the price had gone up so dramatically when the man on the phone cut me off, stammered for a moment and then said, "you know what? Ill leave the keys in it, just come pick it up' AND HUNG UP ON ME! Sorry pal, I don't know who you think you are but there is no shortage of places to get my vehicles detailed and this place will NEVER get business from me again. read more

Appt for exterior only service for $275. Was told, after car was there for 6 hours, there would be additional $100 charge to remove tree sap. Was told I "neglected" my car (due to sap) and the additional charge was fair - caller was very rude. I declined to pay beyond $275 and picked up my car without receiving service. Took car to Second Street Auto in Manchester, 3 days later. They detailed the exterior, removing all the tree sap without question or complaint - for $99! My car looks brand new. read more

My wife and I couldn't afford a new car so we had Northeast Detailing detail our Toyota Fit. (The car was a mess inside from our two dogs and a life of sloth.) It was a cheap way out of things and we couldn't be happier with the work or customer service. Prior to selling my truck I had it detailed. I think it was the silver package. They did a very nice job and the truck sold quickly in part due to the detail job. When my next car arrived I scheduled it to have the OptiCoat paint protection applied. The car was 6 years old at the time and while it was well cared for, the paint had some swirl marks from the dealer. Kris was able to get them out and it now looks great. Having recently purchased a new car I wanted to get some sort of paint protection on it before the winter weather hit without breaking the bank. I sent an email through their website and was given a prompt response with my options, along with pricing. I then asked an endless amount of questions to Kris and Stephanie about the service itself and caring for the car after the work was done and they were more than happy to answer them all! I left my sunroof open during a rainstorm and northeast detailing was kind enough to let me leave my car in the garage and air it out to avoid it getting moldy. Drainage from my parking garage had left grime and sediment deposits on my the roof, sides and back window of my 2009 Mazda 6, which a regular car wash was unable to remove. So I brought my car in to Kris at Northeast Detailing several weeks ago for the Full Exterior treatment. He was able to get all the grime off and my finish looked good as new! I have had three vehicles a year detailed here and usually twice a year. I also have had paint protection film done here as well on each vehicle I have owned for the last 4 years or so! I have also referred numerous friends , family and business associates here as well. This is the number one place to go to have your call cleaned and looking like new! when ever I get the urge to buy a new car I just get it detailed here and then I am so happy again with the car that I keep them longer! I feel like this place actually saves me money! Its sad to see two negative reviews and if you look at the person who posted one of them all he does is go to businesses and post bad reviews and has over 400 reviews mostly negative. I had recently purchase a 2007 Corvette with the Lemans Blue (special order paint) 4 years ago. Tried doing the orbital buffer with the Meguiar's compound, polish, wax for the past 4 years getting better than what I expected results but could not get the deep swirls and scratches out. Had some scratching on the nose to where an Auto Body place turned me onto Northeast Detailing. To pull and paint the nose was ball park of $1500 from Auto Body Shop. I went to Northeast and was looking at options. I liked how he did not push me in any direction. He gave me the Opti-Coat information and like any person should, did the research before deciding. I liked the fact it was an American based product and from what I read the best. After seeing how the car came out being "Opti Coated", I went with the 2 layer "Opti Coat Pro - plus" because I wanted the extra gloss for the deep rich blue to show the luster. Cost under 3K for Glass, Body, and Interior to be done. I have a a better car now and Chevy no longer makes that paint for Corvettes 2008 to new. I respect Fred L. opinion with his post, but how I look at it is this. Stephanie and Kris saved me from dropping 30k to 40k on a corvette upgrade (used) so it was well worth it in my humble opinion.
