Absolutely the worst repair experience I've ever had. My car was brought here for repairs by State Farm, and was with this shop for nearly two months, and the level of communication and professionalism was shockingly poor from start to finish. There were no proactive updates at any point. I had to call repeatedly just to get basic information about my own vehicle. Every step dragged on far longer than it should have, and there was never a clear timeline, explanation, or sense of urgency. On top of the delays, I ended up having to coordinate communication between this shop, another shop, and my insurance company myself just to keep the repair moving. They seemed completely uninterested in managing the process or taking responsibility. I've never seen a shop put so little effort into keeping a customer informed. When the car was finally ready after almost eight weeks, I was told I needed to pay a 3% fee just to use my debit card -- as if the massive delay, lack of communication, and disrespect weren't enough of an inconvenience already. In short: Two months without my vehicle No updates unless I called Constant runaround Poor coordination with insurance and the sublet shop Unhelpful and inflexible payment process The repairs may be complete (nearly all repairs were outsourced to another shop!), but the customer experience was terrible. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values your time and money, communicates clearly, and takes their work seriously. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Kelly and Rick and everyone at Auto renew it! From start to finish everything was communicated well and my car looks amazing! My bumper and tire was severely damaged when a motorcycle hit me from behind in a fatal crack. The experience was horrible but my car looks so much better than before the accident! The entire front end of my car needed to be replaced and was told it would take possibly more than four weeks because backorder on parts. They completed it within three weeks. The customer service of Kelley and Rick was amazing!! Friendly from day one, every time I called to check on my car they called me right back. And the best part the car looks and smells like new because they cleaned it inside and out!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for your future repairs!! Seems to be run by a very friendly middle aged man and woman who were very knowledgeable and reassuring. I MUST review this auto body shop because I cannot stand to see that t only has one star. I am about to drop my car off at this shop for the second time and I am absolutely thrilled that if I must be going through this its with this shop. The first accident was related to a bear running into the road and totally damaging the side of my car, the whole process of getting it towed and getting my rental was seamless! Auto Re-Nu-It estimated the amount of time it would take and they stuck to that time period. When I had to deal with another shop in the past they kept extending the amount of time they needed to keep the car and it was a nightmare. I could go on and on about this shop, but just know you are in good hands. They work with multiple insurances, as I've had to use my insurance and then another persons when they damaged my car and there was no issue either time. They set up my rental for me so that it would be at the shop at the time of my arrival. They communicate effectively and honestly. No one enjoys having to bring there car to an auto body shop but if you have to this is the place to go! read more

These guys are the best. I was in an accident in June and needed pretty extensive repairs done. They estimated my car would be done at the end of July, but they kept finding more wrong with it. They kept me updated on the delays and why it was taking longer than estimated. I got my car back yesterday, and it looks brand new. I am so appreciative of their work and taking the time to make sure my car was 100% safe for me to be driving again. read more

auto Re-Ni-It was excellent! they were very professional, they had my estimate done quickly and made the whole process extremely easy, from dropping off, getting the rental and then returning the rental and picking up my car. the repairs look so good and my car was cleaned inside and out! it looked like a brand new car. This place is sketchy! I needed a side view mirror replaced as well as a few scratches buffed out. This was suppose to cost just under $200 and take an hour and a half. I showed up for my appointment and prepared to wait the hour and a half. 15 min later (an hour and 15 min early) I was told they were done. They put the mirror on (poorly) and did nothing to the scratched. It was explained to me that the scratched would not buff out and that a new estimate needed to be done. I didn't understand how an hour and a half became 15 min and asked the guy who does their estimates. He stonewalled me and skirted around the question. He took about 15 more min to write a new estimate. They handed me the new estimate and collected my deductible and then gave me a hand written receipt that said nothing about any work done or what I was paying for. At this point I felt the place was sketchy at best and no longer wanted to do business with them. Once I looked at the new estimate these feeling only intensified! The hour and a half job that should have cost $192 suddenly became a job lasting 5 days and costing $1309. I immediately contacted my insurance company and worked out with them how to get away from this shady business. I would recommend people avoid this establishment. read more

They made everything so easy for me, from the estimate, to the appointment and car rental. They even fixed a couple dings I asked them to without charging me. I'm not even sure where to start about how wonderful this business is! Sue, at the front desk, always has a smile and if you are talking to her on the phone, you can tell by her voice she is smiling. She is courteous and thorough and makes getting a rent a car a seamless task. She keeps you updated throughout the repair process. So my husband and I have horrible luck; this is the third time in a year that one of our vehicles has been in need of repairs. Everyone here treats your vehicle like it's their own. No detail is too small for them to give attention to it. Not only does the vehicle come back with a perfect repair but it is clean and smells new again. How many places do you know where the owner takes a truly active and hands on role? Mike spent quite a bit of time with me when I recently picked up my vehicle. He never lost patience with the situation and made sure the sunroof was back to factory settings for proper operation. We would not take our vehicle anywhere else to be repaired. They are concerned from the minute you call until your vehicle is returned and always make your satisfaction their priority.
