I was a little skeptical about repainting my car. The hood was repainted when I bought it from a previous accident and it was starting to chip. On top of it chipping, I tried to get sap off the hood with all harsh and concentrated chemicals, not to mention with the green, rough side of a kitchen scrub... I was driving around with visible streaks of where I scrubbed my hood. Safe to say, my 2016 white Toyota Camry was looking ghetto and beat up. I talked with someone from Toyota and he referred me to his long time friend, Chad. I just got my car back right now, and I'm so excited! It looks brand new! And the inside of my car is immaculate! Needs to have a crack in my rear bumper fixed and Chad's team did a flawless job for an incredible price. Bumper looks brand new and you would never know there was any damage! When my roommate hit my car a few months ago we were skeptical of where to go as we heard several mixed reviews about places in Manchester. After visiting 4 different places, Chads was the obvious choice as he was able to quickly see the problem and give us a reasonable quote which was almost three times less than what other guys were charging. I was nervous at first because my paint was a limited Honda paint, however when I picked my car up the other day, the bumper looked brand new and matched the paint to a T! I had a fabulous experience with Chad's Auto body. I had an issue with my car's dome light sensors not turning off the light and draining my battery repeatedly. One shop said electrical, another said I need extensive body work due to seat belt buckle damage along the inner door frame that did not allow the door to touch the dome light sensor power switch. A very complicated mess where my insurance investigated to see if it would be covered. After 20 days, my insurance denied the claim because it was pre-existing damage. Thanks a lot Autofair Honda!!!! Separate review for them on their page to follow! Manchester Collision center (I later found out is owned by Autofair!) gave me a preliminary quote (subject to increase upon full inspection after doors were taken apart) of almost $1600 for repairs to fix my dome light sensors which involved body work to both front door frames and the frame of the car. I was floored and went to see what Chad's could do, at the suggestion of another body shop. Billy, at the front desk, was very professional and got me in quickly. Chad was professional, timely, and came out to inspect my car's damage personally. The repairs were less extensive than originally stated, as only the door frames needed repair which drastically cut the price. The work was completed in 3 days for under $300 total, including new sensors. I was thrilled! My car looks great, is running perfectly, and there are no more dashboard lights for the sensors or battery issues. They even cleaned my car, which I did not expect at all but was so very happy to have done. Thank you so much Chad. I hope not to need more body work, but if I do, I will call you again. I have already shared with friends the great experience I had at your shop and will continue to do so. :) read more
