As a former employee in the insurance industry, she knew the ins and outs of what insurance companies try to do to minimize their bottom line. I actually learned a lot from Christina through the process of repairing my wife's car. Throughout the process, not only was Christina communitive, but she acted like an advocate on our behalf. For instance, there were parts the insurance company wanted to be repaired, but Christina insisted they be replaced with new parts. She even got my insurance company to refund part of my deductible due to them delaying the repair. This is a serious violation of trust and a very sleazy way to make extra cash at the expense of his customers.
