This location has terrible customer service and stole $30 from me. I went into the store to get 5…read morefeet of fuel hose. They only had 3 feet, so I had them order more for me. A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn't find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn't have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, "How would I know you never received it?" He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O'Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don't have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you're the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

80good / 20bad. I…read moremade an online appt, but they called and said it was unavailable after the fact. I rescheduled for the next day (sat) for a tire rotation. They got me right in, and did it while i waited. It took like 30 min which is a little long, but they did it right and looked some things over (i could see). No upsell, and in fact the service advisor gave me a rewards card which saved me 50% on this service. That was cool. Their tech Sean is a class act!

Bringing my review to Yelp - 5/1/26 Truly, if I could leave a negative star review I would, but…read moreunfortunately, I have to give it a one star in order to write this. My dad goes in right around the beginning of April for a simple tire plug. When he leaves, he jumps on the highway right down the road on S. Willow St. and once he got on the highway his front hood literally flung open and smashed his windshield out. He immediately brought his car back to Pep Boys because that was literally the last place he was before getting on the highway, and when he asked one of the associates, if they happen to look under the hood for any reason, they literally admitted point blank to his face that for any vehicle that comes in for service, they do a complementary under the hood service (whatever that actually entails). He tells the associate that well, obviously one of the technicians did not properly latch the hood of the car to close it and this resulted in it flying open on a highway and destroying the windshield and front hood. My dad has since left the vehicle in their parking lot and has been tossed around to a million different people getting different answers saying they're reviewing the footage of the technicians to confirm that they did not latch the hood and literally no one has gotten back to us. I don't know how many more messages we can leave so I decided to essentially reach out here to see if anyone would actually see this and possibly get back to us. My dad has now been without a vehicle for almost a month, which is affecting his livelihood by getting to work every day. If someone could actually review the footage and get back to us in a timely manner, it would be highly appreciated. It's pretty funny too, when you go in or call them and ask for a manager they either have "no idea who the manager is" or put you on hold for 10+ minutes probably to see if you get fed up enough to just hang up. Clearly by all of the other negative reviews, I don't imagine we'll receive any better service. 5/4/2026 Their team responded to my review and I just sent an email to the contact they provided. Unfortunately there is no way for me to comment back on my original review to them to let them know I've sent an email to the support team. Today 5/13/2026 - We have SINCE not heard from the proper department regarding this issue. I truly do not know what to do at this point!!
