We have been dealing with this issue with him since February 2017. Our daughters car had some issues and John gladly took them on. When a part he ordered came but was missing another part, he made excuse after excuse as to why he could not get the part. Finally I went home and literally 3 minutes I found the part and ordered it. He said he could not find it. Lame. So we left the car with last week for over 5 days and he was supposed to get all this work fixed, including an engine code which he was aware of prior to coming in. He never did anything to the car except to reset the code. To top it all off he lost they key we left with him. E-Gads. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
