That includes the waiting area! Was asked to wait outside during my cars service (didn't need to be asked twice). Whole ceiling is opened up. No one wearing masks (including guys cleaning/repairing the damage). So just maybe, the long wait, terrible attitudes and service and parking in service bays was due to the current rat epidemic going on there?
