Called them and explained what happened and the guy said he could come down and get the alignment and then charged him for it when it was suppose to be included in the above amount. If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.

Turn around time on jobs is very long. Management parks their cars in 2 of the 4 bays, why? Guy that is allowed to work register has personality of a dead fish. Ok , now about the rat infestation. Seems that above the false ceiling and in roof insulation has been home to many a rat. So much so that the rat feces piled up on false ceiling and was dropping into store. That includes the waiting area! Was asked to wait outside during my cars service (didn't need to be asked twice). Whole ceiling is opened up. No one wearing masks (including guys cleaning/repairing the damage). So just maybe, the long wait, terrible attitudes and service and parking in service bays was due to the current rat epidemic going on there? And who is this Monro Service replying to Tire Warehouse comments? I did see a van in parking lot for them ("enquiring minds want to know").

We had a tow truck on the way to the shop with the car when we learned they would not be able to fix it until at least Tuesday. She lives alone and needs her car, but they are closed on Sunday and were booked on Monday. We got the tires replaced Sunday at a Sam's Club a mile away. Paid a Little less and have a shop open 7 days a week.
