this review is for anyone who wants an honest repair done on their vehicle without a concern of…read morebeing over charged or ripped off by a dishonest mechanic. i took my 300m to their service department to have some engine code mysteries solved. i had done extensive research into the trouble codes that appeared during a routine inspection. the repair, with a dishonest mechanic could have been close to over $300.00 dollars to fix. my appointment was for 1pm. they had found the problem which was a simple worn vac hose for the emissions that caused other engine codes to display problems by 145pm. it was a very simple and inexpensive fix . they got the job done so fast and for such a reasonable price i asked if they could pop a tail light in the car that i had purchased prior to my appointment. it was pouring rain and it would have been a pain to do myself, even though that was my original intention to do so. i decided to ask them if they could do it and they had the light in and working and also cleaned off the red tail light tape i had all over the car. i had not spent what i thought it might cost to fix the car so any charge to put the light in i didnt mind paying but to my amazement, i wasnt even charged !!! i talked with ron who is the service manager for the dealership and he was nothing short of one of the most professioanl and nice guys i think i have ever delt with. the words honesty and carlsons go hand in hand and i wouldnt dream of taking my car anywhere else except to this agency for any future problems. carlson chrysler, you have a friend for life. thank you for your professionalism and helping me maintain the belief that there are still honest people left in the world. best regards to all who read this review. they fix and and all makes and models and wont even start working on your car unless they give you an honest estimate first. roger c.
